We had a wonderful trip in our camper van. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our camping trip. Spacious for us all and plenty of room for cooking and storage for our food and clothes.
The only negative was the check in process which took 3 hours which unfortunately had an impact on our first travel day.

Took four hours to collect camper. Camper eventually produced was not one we booked. We booked a four berth and was given a six berth. We were first time campers. This was a very large vehicle for novices. Because it was rushed out, it wasn’t clean enough. Also, the power system and hot water was faulty. Caused us problems all three weeks. Battery on vehicle wouldn’t start vehicle day three. Had to recharge with local help. Gas bottle provided almost empty. This vehicle was rushed out, due to s fault on our original one.

The trip was amazing and for first time campers the campervan was great
and easy in use! We did have a few issues and waiting times with pick up was very long (def if you have small kids)

Terrible experience, we waited up to 3 hours before we could collect our camper because they were "checking tire pressure", it turned out they were actually trying to repair a broken battery + fridge which I only found out as I walked around the building to see a mechanic clearly repairing the vehicle, I should have known I was in for a bad experience when the representatives blatantly lied to my face upon arrival.
After this 3 hour wait we are then sent away in a fault vehicle (which we have been assured is 100% repaired). 24 hours later our fridge is broken, all of our food is wasted and we had to eat out for the remainder of our trip and can't enjoy and actual camping experience, we've essentially just rented a regular van.
Absolutely disgraceful, complete negligence on the company for knowingly sending us away in faulty vehicle.

had trouble withj the exist hired vehicle and they quickly gave me another replacement, which is what should have been an additional cost and upgrade.. as it almost brand new Maui 6 berth

We did not get what we ordered, crockery was missing, baby seat not fitted end up upgrading to fit a baby seat at our expense

The van was fine, did the job, could do with a diesel heater though. However the pick up process was appalling, took us 2 and a half hours. The booking system and staffing need to be addressed. You can’t let everyone book a van to pick up at the same then not put the staff on to meet demand. If we had of been told when we got there it was a least a 2 hour wait we would have gone and done something else but instead just kept getting told not to much longer.
THL you need to stagger your pick up times in busy periods.

The staff were very helpful and the camper van was ready on arrival, clean with all you needed to get you going.

Friendly people in Perth. We tried to avoir the pic hours, but the waiting time was still a bit long to pick up the camper, about 2.5 hours.
The camper is easy and confortable to drive. It was in a good condition, few damages but everything functionnal. However, those campers are not autonomous. You must go to a plugged camping every night. Even after a full charge overnight, the battery does not last more than 12 hours with only the fridge ON and everything else OFF. Despite the sun ans lond hours of driving, the solar panels are not sufficient to compensate the consumption of the fridge (or the service battery is in bad condition). Our fridge was full and we almost lost everything inside. We discussed with other customers that had the same experience.
Except for this, which is annoying considering the price of the renting, we have been happy with our experience with mighty camper. The return of the camper was straight forward, without any complication.

We tried several times to trade the Deuce plus for a better camper. Each time, we were sent away more dismayed than the last. Theoretically, every rep we spoke to tried to help. Unfortunately, we ultimately were disappointed.

Great experience, other than the extremely long wait to get the van on pick up.

the mighty camper we booked became unavailable, we were given a Maui RV with a different configuration to the Mighty RV we booked, not happy.
Alos, we unfortunately left some personal belongings in the RV upon return.
We advised THI Redcliffe via e mail of this as it was after business hours. We returned the following morning to collect our belongings only to be told they could not find them, they had disappeared.
Do not understand how 'things' can just disappear.
Extremely dissapointed.
