I really loved the sample sale! It made me so happy to finally see in person everything I’ve been looking at in the virtual world for such a long time. All the staff were incredibly kind. I thought it was very well organized, and although it definitely had the spirit of a sample sale, I maybe missed having a more comfortable space to try things on.
I ended up getting a pair of shoes that are now my favorites, and I would have loved to take home another pair, but even for a sample sale, €370 felt a bit too much for me. Though I understand the original full price was probably much higher.
In any case, I would absolutely love for you to come back very soon! Thank you!

I ordered a size 37
I ordered a size 37, as I typically wear between a 36–37. Initially, the shoes were a snug fit, and I assumed they would loosen over time, trusting the comments I had read online. The length was actually perfect, my toes never touched the front of the shoe however, the width of the shoe and the circumference around the calf are unreasonably narrow.
I have a very slim frame, usually wearing an AU size 4–6 in clothing, with particularly narrow feet and very skinny calves. I generally avoid wide-fit shoes, brands such as Birkenstocks tend to feel too wide on me. For that reason, I was extremely surprised and disappointed by how restrictive and unwearable the Miista boots were.
At home, I can only just manage to zip them up. I relied on reviews claiming the leather would soften and stretch with wear, but instead they remain incredibly painful and show no signs of wearing in comfortably.
I have never met an adult with feet more narrow than mine, and to think the boots are so narrow that they are causing this amount of pain. I have never experienced foot pain before. Wearing them causes a short shooting pain down my toes and up my heel. I have had to take time off work and consult a doctor because of the damage the boot has caused my feet. Surely, there's been a manufacturing mistake? It's not humanly possible to wear these shoes.

Try on boots at the Paris Miista location!
Had been wanting a pair of Miista boots for years now and had to visit the Paris location when in town. I'm so glad I did! Being in between sizes, it was so nice to try on different boot styles & sizes, and Jo helped me figure out what boots fit me the best. It seems like some Miista boots run a bit small, but most were true to size. The leather seems like great quality and the boots I tried on (the Inne, Malene, and Heya styles) were all extremely comfortable.

I went to the Sample Sale looking for my birthday present, and honestly, I couldn’t think of a better way to treat myself than with a pair of Miista shoes.
As an architect and designer, I deeply identify with the brand — not only because of its aesthetic language, but also because of the philosophy and business concept behind it. You can truly feel the care, craftsmanship, and individuality in every detail, and that is something I value enormously both personally and professionally.
I also run my own design brand, 1masdos.dfab, so I especially appreciate independent creative projects that maintain such a strong and authentic identity.

This was my first purchase from Miista , I first discovered the brand online and instantly fell in love with their designs. As a stylist, I’d been searching for a great pair of loafers that I could also confidently recommend to my clients, and I quickly started adding Miista shoes to my styling edits.
When I found out there was a store in Paris, I already knew I had to visit during my trip. I ended up purchasing one of the pairs from my wishlist, and the whole in-store experience was amazing.
