My order does not get delivered. No responses. Tracking number is fake and does not work. Social media they block out comments and reviews. You cant call or email them. SCAM.

Looking at the track & trace I see the parcel has been delivered to your address. It would do yourself credit if you adjust the review according to your experience with us and the product.

Order still not here...
I ordered from this site on 9 November and have been in contact multiple times with customer service, which while they are nice - simply avoid answering where my order is and when it will be delivered. I thought I was ordering well in time for Sinterklaas and now it looks like it won't be here in time. It's also pretty hilarious that just today they sent me an email saying "Het hele proces verloopt vlekkeloos..." please don't order from this site. I'm pretty sure they're not actually located in the NL (at least not their warehouse) and are having their toys sent from China.
30/11 Update: the package still isn't here and I've been told by their customer service I need to wait 5 days and contact them again. I asked for my money back, but I am worried that won't happen.

It seem like a bunch of pubertal kids are running the show, after someone talented had designed the pretty website facade.
No empathy , no communication skills if you as client are facing a problem. There is definitely nobody who can control the false promises they make on that site. They profit on your credibility and your time.
Choose them not .
You better order from professional sites as Amazon , Bol.com or if you have time to wait , directly from China for less money !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a toy from Mijn Hummeltje in July this year. After days that later turned into weeks and eventually into 3 months I didn’t receive my delivery. I queried this several times via email and kept getting responses saying it is on its way, then it was lost, then it was on its way again, then the package was missing again, this carried on for 3 months. At this point the service was horrendous with no one apologising for the extreme delay and a service agent even refusing to cancel my order for a refund. Luckily, Bas from the office in Eindhoven answered my WhatsApp and from that moment on I received excellent service. He was responsive, followed up as promised, found out what went wrong and, when my package was lost once more, he delivered it personally. Hats off to Bas who really knows how to solve issues and give excellent service. Thank you!
