This company is a scam. Quality of the product is terrible. They website states they take returns and lists an email address to send requests too. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. I filed a dispute with my bank but I’m told that there is nothing they can do because the product was provided, even if it’s low quality and I want to return it. Very frustrating. Save your hard earned money. Lesson learned.

This company is a “fool me once” scam.

Please, please and please do yourself a huge favor and NOT buying anything from this So called company! I ordered one jacket and they charge me for two. Both jackets came with not only a cheap fabric but the wrong size. They sent me a fake return address when I tried to send it back. They try to persistently convince me to give the jackets to some one as a gift and they will give me a 50% off coupon! They scammed me big but lesson learned. No one to blame but myself. I should have red their reviews before placing an order. Sounds too familier!!!

Scam! Do NOT buy from this company. They are not based in Milan, Italy but in some part of China. The clothes are absolute rubbish.

Absolutely don’t buy from this company!!!!! I received a denim shirt!!! The arms came to my elbows!!! Would have fit a T-Rex 🦖 fine.

Messaged several times on their website because the size/product that arrived did not match the size guide provided on the website. Wished I’d have researched the company before placing the order. Seems everyone has the same issue.

I should have read their refund/return policy before purchasing. It is entirely my own fault.
Don't let this happen to you.
Milano Legacy only gives you 2 weeks to return your purchase so if you are returning your item to China & it's going by sea it could take months not to mention the prohibitive cost of shipping.
I have just totally lost $89.50 CDN of my hard earned money.

Same as everyone else on these reviews. Wished I would have read these before my purchase. Shipped me an item that is way too small. Asked for a refund and they refuse to do it!

Wish I'd have researched the company first, the clothing looks really good value and fit for purpose on their ads, quality is poor, sizing is completely wrong and customer service is shocking - avoid!!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. Bought an XL jacket, they sent a small with an XL label on and also damaged. Tried to return but they would not give me a refund and now will not answer my emails.

When I first placed my order, it took like 3-4 weeks to arrive. Something was telling me it was coming from another country. When I got my order, the shirts looked like they were made out of curtain fabric and poorly sewn. The quality is terrible.

I reached out for a refund and they mentioned that they would only do a 15% refund and that I can keep the items. After rejecting that, they did not respond to me.

Please do no give your money to this terrible company.

I returned my item to address on package marked (Return Items to), i havent heard any thing from them. It is a scam. I would strongly asdvise not to buy from these un trust worthy people who are hiding in there warehouse drinking toilet water. I have sent them several emails just out of anger
, no reply. DONOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

They sent me defective glasses that are impossible to wear + the shorts size did not fit.
The return procedure is impossible, since they do not provide a shipping address, do not return the money, offer stupid discounts on the next order, which I do not need, instead of returning the money for the goods. Ignore. Be careful!!!!

Bought a jacket tried to cancel 2 hours after placing order,took no notice then got an email to 24hours later to say it was in transit.Arrived two weeks later to find a medium wouldn’t fit a action man doll.Have tried 3 times to get a return label with no response at all.Avoid this so called company at all cost,no moral ethics at all

Terrible clothes. No returns, so they basically simply steal your money.

Agree with most other reviews. It look like customer services is staffed by bots/AI, you just get the same email responses over and over.
Don't waste your cash here, shop elsewhere.

Clothing sizes are way off. They respond to return inquiries to tell you where to send back the item, but once you've done so, they won't get back to you. So, you've sent them back the defective item and you've got nothing to show for it. The return address is a warehouse in New Jersey that, on Google Maps, appears to be closed up. They do business as Milan Republic and Monaco Republic. PLEASE AVOID THIS "COMPANY."
