I purchased 2 bathing suits 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent e-mail after email and no response at all. Does anyone have a contact number for them. Worse company I have ever tried to deal with.

This company is a scam. They steal pictures from other clothing websites and lure people into purchasing items they don't have. Their company is based in the U.K.; I know this because when I went to pay for my items, it popped up as a U.K. location, even though it says "California" in the "About Us" section. PLEASE SHUT THIS WEBSITE / COMPANY DOWN before they steal any more of consumers' hard-earned money. Also, they need to be fined for stealing pictures!!!! I was able to recognize MANY of the photos from other LEGIT websites!!!!!

I wish I could have given them a dam zero. Do not order from this company it’s a waste or time and money. I repeat DO NUT ORDER FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM. They is horrible, I wish it was a way to report them to the BBB.

I wish I would have found this site prior to 3/19/21. Im begging all readers to please believe the reviews that you're reading as it pertains to the poor quality of clothing and the horrible Custer service. I spent $113.00 for garbage. The clothes looks as if they were made of toilet paper. Then when I emailed the company, they informed me that they can only refund me $10.00. They went on to say, since their clothing vendor is located in China, I would need to pay for the return and there's no guarantee that they'll receive it. Please bypass the site because it's not worth the hassle. In addition, compared to the reviews on this site, the reviews on the company's site are fraudulent.

I ordered a dress accordingly to the size chart it was way too large. The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the picture. They offered me a $10 credit for Ireland that were useless to me. Finally they sent me return shipping information.

Company is horrible. Out if China.... Go figure. Material is trash and sizes don't run right. Going through hell to get my money back now

Your not worthy of even 1 star. I have been requesting a return slip as the item is not as described. They offered 20 and keep the item or sell or give to a friend. I am fighting them on PayPal I will leave a review everywhere so others don't make same mistake. I will be posting complaint on BBB and Rip off reports

Wish I would have did this before ordering. I am waiting on my items that stated shipped of the 26tth but nothing. The good thing I used paypal so if it is as awful as everyone say it is I will be disputing for my money.

Still haven't received my order it's been two weeks sad waste of money never again

I ordered three items off this site. Two dresses and a body shaper. I wear a size 2X dress so I ordered accordingly. After a month the items finally came. The one dress with black lace was more like a size Medium and was way too small, the other dress and shaper were super big. After attempting to correspond with the company in China for a return the offered me $10 and I keep the items. Worse company ever.

I FEEL VERY LUCKY GOT MY PENNY BACK AFTER STRUGGLE Quality is cheap, sizing is all off and despite they say they accept returns, they do not. This morning I wrote my 11th email with them. I ordered a Large and got a 2x. Another item was poorly made - the cuffs and hem on the shirt were just cut with a scissor, no finishing. I ordered a gray shirt and the shirt I got was purple. TRYING TO FIND AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM. NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM I went online on the INTERNET and I did my better research about this company and able to get their customer HELP INFO ᴇɪɢʜᴛ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒𝟤𝑜𝓃𝑒 seven two four five the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF COMPANY WHICH SELL POOR CLOTHING THEY LOOK NICE ON THE INTERNET ONLY NOT IN REALITY Lesson Learned!! thank god for the people that left reviews I almost spent over 100.00 of clothing from another site selling their clothes, Thank you for all of your reviews you posted. Saved me my hard earned money

I do not even want to put any stars...the worsttttttttttttttt Company ever... I have cussed until I cant curse anymore! They offered me 10.00 because they are in China. I want ALL of my coins back. Paypal denied my case because they actually delivered "SOMETHING"...yea a piece of $*** garment that I will wipe my floors with.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CHEAP MATERIAL!!!! I ordered the black waist trainer and it was cheap material and it didn’t hold nothing in. I emailed customer service for the return address they wanted to know why I wanted to return before giving me the address then tells me it’s not guaranteed for them to receive the package back and they told me this in 3 different emails before sending me a china address that they said would be really expensive for me to send back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CHEAP MATERIAL!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a dark denim jacket from this company on 12/17/2020 and received it until 01/05/2021. However, when I opened the package they sent me the wrong jacket. I sent them an email stating that they sent me the wrong item and I wanted to return it for the correct order. They told me I would have to pay for the return myself. I didn't think I should have to pay for their mistake so we back and forth discussing it. After several emails I told them I just wanted to return the jacket and get my money back. They said I would still have to pay the return fee and they would refund me for the jacket once they received it but not for the return fee. Then, they said If it gets lost in the mail they WILL NOT REFUND me. This company is a scam and I don't trust them at all. SAVE THE HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They made a mistake and wanted me to pay for their mistake.

Still no order! I ordered on January 1st and it was supposed to be 7-14 day shipping and still nothing on the 24th! I have reached out via email bv I got 2 emails last week saying it was on the way but they both had different tracking numbers that say not found when I try to find it! Don't waste your money straight scam! Gonna try to dispute charge with my bank!

The clothes advertised are not the sizes advertised, I've tried to post it in Facebook but they blocked me, do now I'll go the distance to make sure people are aware they are despicable in business practices.

Please do not order anything from this company. I order a dress because it look nice on the model online. When I got my dress the dress had a seam going down the middle of the dress when its suppose to be on the side. Im so pissed off, I cant wear this dress anywhere. Hell I guess I will sleep in it. Because I cant wear it anywhere. Garbage company.

Poor quality, inaccurate tracking information, refused to refund money after stating that refund will be issued once items are returned to a china address. Also saying if the return gets lost in the process refund will not be issued. Customer service is terrible. I informed them that I was going to report them and still no response in regards to refund or new item. Waste of hard earned money for poor quality.

Literally the worse! $40 on scraps literally cant do nothing with this scraps they sent me! Not even slightly remotely laughably close to what i order! Im not sure how these people sleep at night knowing they are stealing people money and offer a $5 courtesy fee! I am going to leave a review every day until i get my refund. This is evil.
