I received a refund from a order I cancelled because it wouldn’t arrive in time and I wake up the next day after receiving the refund to be charged again!

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I paid £133 for a coat that was far to small. I posted it back within a week unworn & I had to pay £35 to return it to China. I have only been refunded £80 total. Its a con!
They emailed to say I was being unfair with my review and posted a reply on here that they would review the costs. That's not true. They maintain its reasonable that I'm out of pocket over £80 because the coat was too small. Charge restocking fees or something strange I've never experienced before. Worst online company ever. Just avoid!

Order arrived 2 weeks later than it was…
Order arrived 2 weeks later than it was supposed to. Went back and forth between CA and NJ a few times. Now I need to return it. The return process, or lack there of is ridiculous. Their return email sends you to deadened links where you can't reply. There return policy says that once the returned package arrives at their warehouse, you the customer need to show proof that is arrived and then contact them to get the refund. The whole company is a sham. Never do business with this company. Look below for the sham reply to this review

I sent my measurements in inches instead of cm, they texted me to clarify my measurements and I resended the correct measurements in cm and received my dress in a timely manner . Women’s and men’s spiderman costumes
We ordered the women’s spiderman costume and 2 men’s spider man costumes.
The women’s one is really good! I’m 63 inches and am 127 lbs and small size was very good and comfortable . May have done an XS for the length but happy with the purchase.
The men’s ran a little small but that may be a geographical issue. Size up by one size if you are ordering from west (the costumes are from china). The quality was pretty decent for the amount.
The customer service was very good and delivery time was as stated and indicated. Will definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed!
I ordered boots, paying extra for expedited shipping to as required for an event at the end of the month. Seems to keep going on and off planes and now no updates for the past five days. I’ve contacted customer services via the message centre with no response and attempted to call the number which just rings out.
