I ordered a white shoe but the wrong color was sent. I reached out to return the product and get a refund howver they wont let me return the shoes. When i let them the sboes were not the white they responded back n said its beige white. The website says white and clearly has a white shoe. I needed the shoes for my birthday which sucks because now i have no white shoe to wear as planned. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. If you dont gave what I ordered u cant just send me anything. I asked gor white and i expected to get white. I tokd them they sent the wrong color and instead of goving me a refund like i asked they just sau sorry for the inconvenience. MILANOO IS COMPLETELY WRONG IN THIS SITUATIOn simply because they sent me the color. Order from them at your own risk

Overall, this website is very trustworthy and the shopping experience is very pleasant. The service they provide is very attentive and the quality is very good. First, let me say, they have wonderful customer service. All of my questions or concerns were answered immediately.
My dress came in when they said it would and they provided me with the tracking number as well.
The dress is amazing. I’m getting married July 8, 2023, the dress looks just like the photo. It’s made so well and fits amazingly. I couldn’t be more pleased.

my first time using milanoo after lots of research & reading experiences i had a negative prenotion of the website and the company before using it, i wouldn't have used it generally especially after so many negative reviews and cautions but it was the only website selling exactly what i was looking for at the time, so i think i'm valid to share my experiences now after buying from them and as this is a genuine review, i ordered from them and i knew the item was from taobao but it was resold and overpriced on their website for profit but i couldn't find it on taobao so i ordered it anyway, i actually had a very positive experience with milanoo after purchasing from them, after payment i recieved confirmation of my purchase, i needed my item for an event so i asked them if they could make sure it gets to me before them and they replied quickly and swiftly with help and customer service was amazing, they said they would make sure it arrives on time, i was still nervous about scams and whether i would get my item at all, but it arrived way before the date that i had requested and way quicker than expected which earned points with me on their efficiency, the item was packaged safely and arrived well packaged, the item was in perfect condition and perfectly as described, i won't discredit others negative experiences with this company as they do have a negative reputation and i assume this is for a reason but i honestly cannot fault milanoo due to my recent experience with them, i would give them 4/5, i had no issues at all, i would advise to use them as a service if ur buying one thing and if ur desperate but i wouldn't recommend buying from them all the time as they do tend to buy items and resell and up the prices too and due to negative reviews it's better to be cautious and look elsewhere but my advice is to learn how to use taobao!! a chinese shopping website and use an agent like parcel up to buy the same items for cheaper, save money and support companies and designers directly :)

It’s a scam. They did not honor the said processing and delivery time and still did not give 100% refund when I reached out to them and they tried to only do 30% refund. Had to go back and forth with customer service and they would take days to respond. Wasted a lot of time and energy to try to explain to them they can’t miss the promised processing/delivery date and not complete the refund, and received no helpful contact from their “customer service”. Save yourself from the miserable experience and jus shop from a trusted brand.

Ordered what was going to be my wedding dress and after waiting weeks for the delivery it finally came and looked nothing like the pictures. It’s toxic white when it’s supposed to be ivory in colour and it looks so cheap, the material is horrible. I’m trying to submit a return but haven’t heard anything from customer service at all. Such a scam. Do not order from this site!!!

The costumes are spectacular, the perfect size and very good fabric. The assistance is very helpful, I am very grateful to the operator who helped me until the end of the delivery, he made sure that everything was alright. Really great service.

After not reading the shipping guidelines carefully, i needed help with ensuring that my order would arrive before my event. They were very helpful and understanding. They had great communication and respond times. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and you should too!!

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and 2 pair shoes. After one day I canceled my order because of personal issue and I claim my money back. I get my money back quite quickly and I am very impressed by their understanding.

I'm From Hartford, CT (USA)...I ordered a pair of men hightop sport boots and it took three week to get to me. But they were worth waiting for. No damages and brand new...I order a sz. 7 in men's and wasn't disappointed. Very comfortable.💫

Disastrous experience and feel I’ve been scammed. Took my money of me and then never delivered anything. No explanation. No refund and no reply when I have emailed them. Avoid them at all costs.

Let’s start by saying that 1 star is an absolute privilege! They deserve nothing but below ZERO!
I ordered a wedding dress from them, even going as far as giving them the measurements to make sure things were done properly, was it done so? NO!
I mean, not only wasn’t it terrible workmanship, the material was hideous to say the least!!!!
I informed them that I didn’t want it, and would rather send it back, but they’ve continuously tried to convince me to keep the item and continue to pay for their S****Y job through Klarna. This company is a fraud and I wish I had read the comments before purchasing!
You can force people to pay for something they don’t want, and blackmail by telling me ill charged for extra cost which aren’t even part of your policy!!!! That’s is fraud fraud fraud!!

I bought what should be my wedding dress. A very important purchase and expensive. The dress arrived and it’s NOT what they show on the pictures. The fabric is of low quality, it looks like a curtain, nothing like the photos released. I requested the return and refund 4 days ago and I still haven't received a response. I don't recommend it! You have to pay a "fee" to try it - and I didn't even have to try on the dress to see that it wasn't what they disclosed. And also pay for the transportation to return it. What kind of store charges for you to return a purchase? Bad experience. I'm very disappointed.
