Happy customer, highly recommended

The sofa arrived a week earlier than scheduled.

Great quality sofa

Great quality sofa. Good delivery with advice on timings etc.
Not that easy putting the legs on the sofa.
I wish you offered a service where you take the old one away. But great sofa.

WARNING

WARNING! I placed an order and it arrived completely damaged, with a visible corner of the furniture damaged. They offered me no solution other than a €70 refund on a product that costs €400. A total and utter lack of professionalism and quality.

Lamentamos nuevamente que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria.

Como explicó nuestro equipo, no podemos procesar su solicitud de servicio al cliente como solicitó porque indicó en el albarán de entrega que el paquete estaba en perfectas condiciones, mientras que la foto que nos envió muestra una caja dañada. El hecho de que no lo mencionara y se comunicara con nosotros después del plazo de 72 horas para abrir una solicitud de servicio al cliente nos impide enviarle un nuevo producto. A pesar de esto, nuestro equipo le ha ofrecido una compensación excepcional de 70 €.

Quedamos a su disposición. Que tenga un buen día.

Transportation sucked!

The sofa- bed is perfect! And we like it a lot!
The issue is with services, low quality: the courier called and scheduled the delivery. But forgot to mention that the product is not delivered at the door of the client.

I do not mind paying more for better services.

Excellent customer service support

My delivery was delayed but Sara in customer service was extremely helpful and sorted everything out. When my sofa arrived there was a small area of damage on the back (these things happen) but I was adequately compensated and it does not detract from the quality of the piece. We love our sofa and side tables and can’t wait for the rest of our order when it’s ready in September. Highly recommend this company.

Surprising contemporary kit

We found on-line a cupboard for our salon, never seen Miliboo before. The design is modern and very stylish. We expected it to arrive fully mounted and ready to position in our salon, however we received a kit to build ourselves. The instructions were very good and installation did not take much effort. We are happy with our purchase and quality of the end result.

2 weeks to get in stock items!azos de entrega engañosos

Plazos de entrega engañosos. Y no se puede cancelar sin tener que pagar el envío de devolución a Francia. Así que no pidas nada que necesites para una fecha determinada. ¡Tarda al menos dos semanas! Y un servicio al cliente muy brusco que no para de repetir que sus términos y condiciones son básicamente que pueden entregar cuando les convenga, no a ti. Y que tienes que pagar si quieres cancelar. Diría que si pides tumbonas en España en verano, 10 días deberían ser suficientes para la entrega. Pero no, tarda 14 días aunque los productos estén en stock. ¡Ridículo!

Misleading delivery times. And cant cancel without having to pay return shipment to France. So dont order anything you need by a certain date. It takes at least 2 weeks!!! And very curt customer service who just keep repeating that their terms and conditions are basically that they can deliver when it suits them , not you. and you have to pay if you wish to cancel. I would say that if you order sunloungers in Spain in summertime that 10 days should be sufficient for delivery. But no , it takes 14 days even though items are in stock. Ridiculous

Gracias por compartir tu opinión. Queremos aclarar que recibimos tu pago la tarde del 21/07 y enviamos tu pedido el 22/07. Como indicamos en nuestra web, el plazo de entrega para artículos en stock es de 7 días laborables, y tu pedido fue entregado el 31/07, respetando los tiempos previstos.
Cuando te pusiste en contacto con nosotros para consultar cuándo sería la entrega de tu pedido, nuestro agente solo quiso informarte que, según nuestros protocolos, solo intervenimos con la empresa de reparto en caso de retrasos reales, y en este caso el envío estaba dentro del plazo estimado.
Lamentamos si la comunicación no fue lo suficientemente clara, ya que el pedido se recibió correctamente en el plazo indicado

As indicated on our website, the delivery time for items in stock is 7 working days, and your order was delivered on 31/07, within the expected time frame.

When you contacted us to ask when your order would be delivered, our agent simply wanted to inform you that, according to our protocols, we only intervene with the delivery company in the event of actual delays, and in this case the shipment was within the estimated delivery time.

We apologise if the communication was not clear enough, as the order was received correctly within the specified time frame.

Be careful about delivery T&Cs

Miliboo.es dice en su web que hacen "entrega a domicilio", hoy al hacer la entrega el transportista ha dejado el paquete de casi 50 kilos en la calle y se ha ido, obligando a mi madre de 80 años a buscar ayuda para subir el paquete a su casa. No los recomiendo y no voy a comprar en miliboo.es más.
Miliboo.es says in their website that they do "home delivery", today the courier delivered a 50kg package in front of the building door on the street and refused to take it up to the apartment door as home delivery should do, forcing my 80 year old mom to seek for help to lift the package home. I do not recommend and will not buy from them again.

Customer support not helpful with…

Customer support not helpful with difficulties processing a return. I have only placed 2 orders with Miliboo and both have had to be returned due to damage and faults. Not very impressed

Perfect choice

Perfect choice. Arrived quickly! Though maybe I didn’t read the packing measurements. I thought it would fit in my elevator and it did not and I had to carry up the stairs thankfully, it wasn’t very heavy.

Worst online shopping experience in my…

Worst online shopping experience in my life.

I purchased an item in October, what eventually arrived was a completely wrong item.

Even though it was completely their fault they declined to refund my money back outright and they condition the refund on sending them the item back.

This was obviously fine for me but having them pick-up the item they erroneously sent was an odyssey.

Their customer service and transport service is a mess, it took them several weeks to even process the request.

All in all it's been three months now and I still don't have my money back.

Never again.

A positive experience

Delivery on the date promised at time of buying.
Bulletproof packaging with airbubble wrap and additional corner protection.
Assembly instructions are OK ( but could be a lot better )
Overall very positive experience and a good result.
