Ignored official carrier delivery proof – direct store purchase issueI made a direct purchase on their…
I made a direct purchase on their official website. I returned the order, and according to the official tracking system of the courier service, the package was successfully delivered to their warehouse on August 13th.
Despite providing a direct tracking link and clear proof of delivery, they refuse to acknowledge the receipt of the return. Instead, they rely solely on their internal status, which incorrectly shows the package as still in transit, completely ignoring external carrier data.
I previously had issues with a return from this seller on Amazon.pl as well — if it weren't for Amazon’s strict platform policies enforcing the refund, resolving the issue directly with the store would have been far more difficult.
Extremely poor communication and lack of internal logistics coordination. If the refund for this direct website order is not processed within the required deadline, I will take formal steps to recover my funds. Proceed with caution.
