It would be great to actually receive a communication from your company about my trying (since after my order in February) to return two items . I received a call once but missed the call! I left numerous calls but no response! No way to return items , you just receive orders snd take the customers money- Im a disabled veteran I don’t have extra money to throw away, you sell military products but your far from pro military- just take the money and run! try being professional and call me 845-728-1645 to tell me how to return products

My “Air Force Mom” necklace is really nice! Ordering was easy and shipping is fast.

The products are great. My wife really liked the items. My one situation is the available stock which cause shipping delays. Overall they are a good company.

Worst ever!!!! No communication, after 6 weeks was told they could not deliver. Told me to pick another item. I did and one would think it would be shipped immediately but no. Buy at your own peril. I can't say enough bad. I finally told them to keep my money and I would look elsewhere.

Sent me the wrong item, but replaced with correct item! Maggie was one of the best people I've dealt with! I'm telling all my military FRIENDS about this company!

I wont lie. Ive ordered a lot here lately. If youre the Marine T-shirts, theyre great. Better in person. Ill be ordering from yall again. If Im wrong, yall are still grear bc I havemt returned anything and Ill still order from you. Small businesses take better care to please their customer without overcharging.

order a tshirt for my 5'2" 110lb wife for Christmas and the men's adult small did not fit. Upon emailing about a return and exchange, the company responded but then blocked all email exchange. After starting the exchange process three more time and waiting two weeks, still no progress toward getting the correct size and yes you have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee even though sizing is not correct. I used them because they advertise as US Made but I will never use again

I have not received my order of 17 Dec.! I was not provided with a tracking number and was told to wait a week or so to see if it turns up.

I was very upset that I didn’t receive it in time. I even paid for the extra shipping to make sure it would get here when I needed it to. I would give it more stars because I love the shirt but was disappointed in the time it took to get here after paying for the extra shipping.

I am so happy I came across Militaryrepublic while looking for a new Veteran hat for my husband. The hat that I ordered was just as pictured and described. The service was wonderful. Came much quicker than expected. I will definitely order from Militaryrepublic again.

Refreshing to deal with firstline operation, performance and attention to notifying customer of progress , and gliches if any, mechanical or traffic wise and anything unforseen and out of their control. These people are CROOKS! Very disappointed in what I received. 4 calls to them were never returned. Do NOT do business or trust them!

These are thieves , not military at all. We are working to stop them from lying and theft. Hang in there we will get these horrible people off the web.

I would be very careful ordering merchandise from this outfit. I ordered a shirt on December 12 and still have not received it. I sent several emails and and at first they were sorry and pledged to make it right. There was no follow up on their part and as of today, 17 February, I have still not received my order. When you call you always get voicemail and never a call back. Now they do not even return my emails. I guess if they need my $25 they can keep it. Very poor customer service.
