After struggling with my choices for colour, I’d messaged Milk & Blush Instagram page for some advice. Ellie assisted me right away, with fast and helpful response. I had lots of questions to ask and Ellie went out of her way to make sure I was assisted with everything I needed. Ellie sent me photos of models with the hair colours I was wanting, making my choice easier. The hair is beautiful and feels amazing. So so happy with my purchase and I will 100000% always buy my hair from Milk & Blush now!

I placed an order 13-2-25 on a 3-5 day…
I placed an order 13-2-25 on a 3-5 day tracking so id have them in time for my vow renewal but havent received anything. The tracking hasn't been updated and after reaching out to milk & blush I was told to wait 7 working days which was 24-2-25 and still nothing. I requested a refund back under the consumer act 2015 and it has been pushed back and back for no known reason. I have emailed daily as £220 is a lot to lose on something I havent received. It's not been easy dealing with the customer service side of things and with only an email to use it's nothing but issues and delays. Very very disappointed

Nice quality human hair at a reasonable price
I first bought the fill in hair extensions to try. They were very good quality and rich. I have copper hair, so the colour didn't match very well. However I dyed them (I dye my hair myself at home) and they now have a total match. The dye did not compromise the product's quality. Red-copper hair is difficult to match, anyway! So, I then bought the 16 inc weft, that was also same nice quality. I am so excited with these purchases that I finally bought the 16inch ponytail! Great price for the quality, I brought all of them during a 20% sale.

The BEST hair extensions i have ever tried. I love hair extensions and ive tried a variety of different kinds from Amazon to top quality brands. I did not know what having quality hair was like until trying Milk and Blush's clip in extensions. Their products are long lasting and truly look phenomenal. Its brought a whole new level of confidence out of me that I'm forever grateful for. And to think I only found them because a brand I relied on randomly went out of business so as I desperately started looking for a similar product with doubt I could I found even better when Milk and Blush popped up on my fyp. Their amazing content sold me the experience and im now living it.

Best hair extensions!
I have been using this company for years because I found the quality to be very high for a decent price. Recently I used their colour match service and the customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond. My colour match was exactly right and couldn’t recommend a company more than Milk and Blush!

Amazing customer service
I had purchased a milk and blush clip in volume weft years ago and used this on nights out for many years and the quality always remained! I decided get nano extensions after this and have recently got them taken out to grow my natural hair before getting married. So for the time being I have re-purchased Milk and blush seamless clip in extensions pack to help with volume. I cannot wait for these to arrive as I was previously extremely impressed with their products and recommended them to everyone. Both Ellen and Ellie helped me with my order when I used the wrong card to make my purchase, I have never received such a quick response, they have been super helpful! I am so impressed with their customer service and can’t wait for my new clip in extensions to arrive!

I had such a great experience with Milk…
I had such a great experience with Milk + Blush! The customer service was honestly perfect, super helpful and responsive. The colour match for my hair was amazing, it blended so well and looked really natural. The only small issue was that the extensions felt a bit thin for me, but that was probably my mistake as I didn’t double-check how many fill-in pieces I’d need. My hair isn’t super thin, so I just needed a bit more volume. I’ve now ordered extra and I’m sure it’ll be perfect! I was only going for subtle, comfortable, not-too-obvious volume anyway. Overall, really happy and would definitely recommend! 💛

Avoid...not the quality it used to be. Much better value elsewhere.
Used the company for years however have noticed a huge decline in the quality of the product in the ladt year. Bad blending of highlights, colour I have used for years is now brassier orange tones and does not look like the colour on the website. Not as thick as it previously was, much more straggly and dry and does not last as long.
