Very easy to find the garage I want and select my dates. Easy process overall. Website is just very slow at times

The prepaid "scan" was not accepted at the automated gates and there was no one in the garage office at 2pm so I had to pay again.

Quick and easy access

I got my reservation. I found the navigation through the website convoluted.

Everything was perfect - from ordering and paying to getting in and out of the garage.

Signage is poor to nonexistent. Hard to know what part of garage you're in, and what you're near.

Convenient online reservations - Easy access to Elevators and street access - Plenty of parking and no hassle. Access from Columbus Drive is very visible and Exiting Garage to main highway is simple.

The pedestrian signage and maps ARE TERRIBLE. Show parking maps with above and below exits, entries, AND connectors.

Location-wise it's the perfect spot to park for nearby attractions such as the Symphony Center (Chicago Symphony), Arts Institute, etc. Got a 20% coupon to use for tonight as I prepaid. Because of I registering my license plate in the prepaid process I didn't even have to scan the QR code to get in as the gate (camera) recognized my car.

I prepaid through the app. Printed the QR code receipt. Hubby went to retrieve the car at Grant Park south, where we parked it. When he tried to scan the QR code it didn't seem to work and the lady working the booth was trying to charge us again for parking. When my husband didn't willingly pay again. She wanted to know what credit card was used and who's who's card was used to pay for it. When husband refused to give her the credit card info she started yelling at him that he needed to give her the reference number on the receipt. He is hard of hearing, so he gets out of the car to show her the receipt and she starts screaming at him to get back in the car. "Get your cracker ass back in your freaking car"! (Her words were the curse form). At this point he left. This was around 8am Friday November 28th. At this point because of her I don't feel comfortable using millennium garages anymore.

Registering online, and paying a discounted rate makes sense. License plate readers make entry and exit easy. BUT, what happens if I arrive before my scheduled time, or leave after my scheduled time?

I purchased parking for the Millennium Garage North online before I left home, and the garage's gate opened right up as it read my license plate which was part of the info supplied when making the purchase. Worked great and seamlessly for us. Very nice.
