The entrance was closed to Millenium parking so I went into another entrance, but in the end my more-paid fee was honored

Easy to make my transaction!!

The site kept stalling out or not load completely. Entered promo code Lights25, LIGHTS25 and lights 25 kept saying not valid code so didn’t get my 20% discount!

When we came to return to our car we got confused because we came in through a different entrance upon returning. This was about 10pm on 11/13/25, a Thursday night and a security guard who happened to be there personally escorted us all the way to our car. That was very excellent service

There should be any statement you are going to send pass QR code to "Parker " somewhere in the your reservation pages.

I found it very convenient to book ahead of time and see what it will cost. One idea for improvement - provide clear information about when book-ahead customers can enter and exit garage BEFORE they finalize their reservation. I.e. they have to enter on or after their check-in time, and leave on or before their check-out time. No leeway for arriving a few minutes early. This will allow customers to adjust their entry time according to how confident they are in their time of arrival.

Good price compared with other parking services. Great 👍 and keep up doing great. Please send discount codes whenever you have.

The parking itself was fine, but the stairwell and elevator and hallway were filthy. There was a lot of trash and a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell which also smelled like a urinal. There was food and other stuff smeared and spilled on the ground. It was super convenient and the online process was easy and had a great price, just the actual going from my car to outside was gross.

There needs to be a better parking garage map that lines up the parking levels of grant and millenium garages to what is on level 1.

I recently parked in the downtown Chicago Millenium Park Parking Garage. I reserved a parking spot on the app the day before. When I got to the garage, the entrance gate recognized my license plate and raised the gate without me having to scan anything. The same thing happened on my exit from the facility. Very easy. Will use again when I need to have my car downtown.

Very convenient for skating at the ribbon.
