I purchased mines few years ago. First- sales people are young staff ( Valencia store) , so they do sales and they ,, check eyes,, I do understand new technology and so on, but those people dont have any medical experience. Second, I was told my glasses will be made within 3-5 workdays. Next morning I received sms that glasses are ready. When I came to collect, I could see straight away that lenses are not the same thickness and frame was scratched. I emailed to support and they asked me to come to store to fix - to change frame and fix lenses. When I came seems my new lenses were already premade , you should know seems same staff making them with some new machine. Everything automatic. So they were putting new lenses into new frame and again in front of me scratches were made. Finally they changed into new again same visit and tried to put in lenses this time carefully. BUT after month legs became loose. I came to adjust as guarantee, but after another month again. Yes I loved style of frame, but quality
of them, no more glasses from this store. Yes it's cheap, but ... Worst thing no medical experience, just quick sales process
