Unreliable at best, Scammers at worst
This is a debt collection company that doesn't actually work on the case. They never keep you informed on the status, unless pushed for an update, they also reported to do the bare minimum of contacting the client and sharing that he had a debt with me, and left it at that, obviously the client didnt pay and debt was never collected. Aside the lack of professionalism and proactivity, they sent me an overdue invoice today, out of nowhere, of 450+ days old, for me to pay them for their "services", ignoring that they were hired from a third party platform that stated they'd be compensated depending on the success of the debt collection and on a % commission.
PS - They also asked me to finance all their reports and materials they needed for their process, which is unusual.
