Cancelled order with transaction costs
My placed en primeur order was cancelled by millesima customer service. Their customer service reached out to me - and that part is fair and good. What is bad is that their payment portal charges a fee up front - and that fee has been charged and not returned to my bank account.
Cost me DKK 29,35. Peanuts, I know, but still annoying.
