Went in for warm gloves to watch the Bath game on Saturday. James was friendly, very knowledgeable and helped sort us out. Husband had lovely warm hands and mine much improved from week before when I used hand warmers and couldn’t keep hands warm. This week liner gloves under my own. No hand warmers! Wonderful service
My friend and I had a wonderful time shopping at Millets in Bath. We had a trip coming up and realised we weren’t prepared, James was wonderful at advising us on what we should be preparing for and the stuff that we should get for our trip in -23°c. He even ran all up and down the store to help us gather the items we need and offered to help my friend to look over her shoes on a day that is quieter. Will definitely shop here again and would recommend others to shop here.
