Good visit
Used the UPS pagage service and also bought a couple of items. Two lovely ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. The package pick up/drop off there is very handy and reliable. Store has a nice selection of outdoor items and frequently runs sale events.

I got what I needed but…
I got what I needed but was disappointed that one of the items scanned as full price at the till despite being clearly marked as discounted on the shelf. Fortunately I noticed, but I had to go back to the shelf with another member of staff (who didn’t appear particularly concerned) to prove the error. I pointed out that the system should recognise sale items automatically and was told that it doesn’t always and that staff effectively rely on customers to highlight any issues. I’m sorry to flag a negative but I’m pretty sure this isn’t (or at least shouldn’t be!) company policy hence my bringing this to your attention.

I visited Millets in Beverley in need of some waterproof shoes and spoke to Neil. He was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and saved me from wasting money buying the wrong thing. His advice was excellent on Gor-Tex shoes and it was really appreciated. They've been an brilliant investment.
