Millets - Bridgwater Reviews 

Went into the Bridgwater shop yesterday looking for a waterproof jacket. Trish was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the stock. We had a lovely chat, including about my upcoming trip to Norway; following her suggestions I also bought the thermal skin layer top she recommended. Very happy with the products and the service.

As usual your staff at the Bridgwater branch (Carina, Trish and Tabitha) made me feel welcome and dealt with my request politely and efficiently. The store is a credit to your company. The item I purchased (Solva walking shandal) was great quality and exactly what I needed.

Tabitha and Trish were so helpful and made my search for things I needed for my trip much easier and frankly more enjoyable. I bought a couple of things that I didn't realise I needed, and that I actually did need and use! It was the end of the day and they were both very helpful and interesting and fun to chat to; which included wild swimming and many things I did not know about algae. Great staff and service. I went in to purchase some tent pegs. I was approached by Tabitha who guided me into what type to buy, she was very knowledgeable about the products and gave good recommendations and advice. She also told me about a 50 percent discount promotion they were doing on
the camping equipment if I purchased another item not in the camping range, which I took. She and her colleague Richard were both very well presented, polite , courteous and welcoming. I have both worked and trained staff in customer sales and service for most of my adult life and the customer service I received today was excellent in every aspect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
