I was very happy with the sale.
However the staff could of been more polite and friendly and one of the staff was quite rude as she walked pass me and made a comment about my rear end

Excellent customer service when buying walking boots and walking shoes. Staff were knowledgeable and really helpful and the prices were v reasonable

I was looking for a new (good) winter coat for my wife and popped into the Millets Store (Blacks) in Croydon.
Staff were very helpful in showing me what was available and found exactly what I and my wife weee looking for - the fact that it was at a good Sale price was a bonus.
Great service received and good variety of items on offer, thank you.

I haven't visited the Croydon Millets/Blacks for quite some time. But am more than happy to visit as I know the staff are always very helpful and professional.

I was purchasing a coat, but wanted to ask some questions.

I asked an assistant called Diane, who was very professional and friendly, to help me.
She looked up everything for me, and checked it was in stock,and ordered it for me!

Just visited Milletts Croydon for the second time in 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful & gave good honest advice & seemed well informed. Just great service, that is sadly missing in this world of internet shopping culture.
