Good customer service
Really great little shop with good levels of stock. I recently had an issue with a pair of walking shoes that I had to return and I was given a replacement quickly and easily. I got great customer service and info from Josh629 who was really helpful.

The staff at Dorking, particularly Mitch, were helpful and knowledgable. As a novice camper they explained pros and cons for each tent I considered. They made recommendations too. I left certain of my purchase decision.

Amelia and the store manager (sorry didn’t catch his name) were fantastic today. We had to kit out our two teenagers for D of E and they were knowledgeable but also aware that we need to be cost efficient! I would definitely go back in the future and was really impressed with the care and customer service.
