Excellent service
Excellent service. Lots of help especially from Mitch who was professional and helpful and seemed to know his stuff. Only complaint is that I ended up spending more than I went in to 😀. Would very much recommend this store as stock and expertise is excellent.

Malia provided an exceptional level of customer service today. She was polite and went above and beyond in attempting to process some returns, trying different systems and even calling another store manager. She showed a level of professionalism and perseverance which is all too rare in the retail sector. I'm sure other people would have said, sorry, come back another time or call our head office. Amy and Josh are great, they seem to enjoy their jobs and are friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing of the items on sale ! There are really awesome coats for £14 ! I bought a pair of Peter Storm men's hiking boots at a bargain price of £35, chuffed

Great store and excellent customer service
Very friendly and well laid out store and Aimee helped me in finding exactly what I wanted.
The size i required wasn’t on the shop floor so Aimee went through the stock room and found my size.
I’ve used Millets in Dorking for my requirements for many years, and would definitely recommend.
