Awesome experience today at the Hemel Hempstead branch, I called up and spoke to one of the ladies and she kindly put aside a bag for me, I was a little stressed as I’m away this week. Got to store and Amy welcomed me, she was amazing, sorted out the return and the purchase of the new bag. Why can’t all retailers be this good, I had a 50 minute call with Virgin media after this and it was horrendous, maybe Virgin media need to speak to Millets

Went to Millets Hemel and was served by a really helpful man named Martin. He assisted me with a jacket and some walking trainers. Was very knowledgeable and was greeted with a lovely smile and was very friendly. I left with 2 great items.

Another excellent purchasing experience at Hemel Hempstead branch of Milletts.
I was served by Paul and Martin. They were both polite and helpful in offering advice as I purchased some footwear. I regularly buy my outdoor clothing and footwear from the Hemel Hempstead branch of Milletts and have always been impressed by the friendly, well-informed and professional approach of the staff.

New hiking boots
Son needed new boots for scouts. Mash was super helpful and knowledgeable. Going through a couple of different boots in multiple sizes, to find that perfect pair.

Great experience good products.
Bought a new pair of walking shoes with help from a delightful older man. He was really helpful and friendly despite having to work around buckets as the shop had a leak. If you need outdoor stuff I’d definitely recommend them.

Amy went to the far corners of the store and stock room to locate the left sandal. She did this with a smile and popped back from time to time to reassure me that I hadn't been forgotten. Her determination won and I now have my sandals. Thank you Amy

The team were extremely helpful and friendly, a few months ago I brought a pair of walking boots and unfortunately due to a defect they had faid, the team were really helpful in assisting me with my exchange.
