Bought Peter Storm sandals at sale price, have had these before so expect they will be ok

Tom really went out of his way with my son when he brought a sleeping bag, making sure it was the right size for him, even showing him how to roll it back up to get back in the bag

I ordered the wrong size and Millets sorted it out with no fuss.
I great shop. Highly recommended.

I went in Millets Louth to buy walking shoes. I was served by George, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands. I bought a pair of Merrell shoes and very happy with my purchase and service I received. I would recommend this shop.

Tracy was very helpful, store about to close on a Sunday, but no fuss at all.. friendly and calm, knew her sizing which was very handy with a short timescale to shop.

I bought some shorts and Tracy was very helpful and knowledgeable advising my wife who was looking to buy some walking shoes. She was able to give good product information and advised my wife while she tried on a number of shoes. Unfortunately the store did not have the size in stock for the shoe my wife decided upon, but Tracy offered to order it for her and clearly explained the processes for ordering and other possible options when we advised we were not local but we're visiting from Sheffield.

I checked stock of some maps online, phoned the Louth branch to reserve them and collected the next day. All went smoothly. Thank you Tom.

Buying walkig shoes/boots is not easy, but best done in person. George was very helpful indeed, and knowledgeable, but gave me plenty of time to decide. Very personal one-to-one service - rare these days. Andrew Butt

The service in millets is always great, however this time the sandals sizing was a bit wrong from Merrell ordered size 6 was more like a 4. Service for return was great.

We came over to UK to visit family from our home in France. Visiting old haunts we went to Louth and decided to visit Millets to find a coat for my wife.
There we met Ian, your sales assistant. There is no way we could praise him more highly. He was attentive and helpful, without being in any way pushy. He immediately gained our trust and confidence and his product knowledge, particularly in relation to hiking sticks was excellent. We ended up buying two coats plus the hiking sticks for my wife. He was frankly excellent and fully deserving of our praise, an absolute credit and positive asset to your company

I ordered item into store to pick up, I was unaware that I had exceeded the time limit to pick up and then also noted that whole amount had been automatically refunded. I immediately rang the store and was informed that they still had the item there. Subsequently went to collect and pay for purchase, was informed by staff member that she had actually tried to contact me by phone earlier in the week to say that there was a time limit for pick up, unfortunately I did not answer at that time. I have dealt with this lady before in store and she us always extremely helpful and very efficient.

I paid two visits to this store in May. The young gentleman there was very helpful. So I went back and bought my lovely rucksack. A lovely lady called Kelly served me, and gave me 10/10 customer service. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with my queries
