Excellent Service
I needed a Tent at short notice, phoned the store to check stock availability the lady was very helpful. Half hour later I popped into the store and was greeted by two very nice ladies who had put the tent to one side for me. Happy Days

Excellent experience as always! Visited the store on Saturday and recieved excellent service from Chrissie, Georgia and Jannette. Nothing was too much when asking for assistance from Chrissie who demonstrated excellent product knowledge and customer service, an asset to the business.

Millets is the best outdoors shop on the high street!
Excellent service from the team at Millets in Monmouth. Eva could not have been more helpful. Such a good store and streets ahead of some of their high street competitors. Great quality products at good prices AND 15% discount offer at the moment. Well deserved 5 stars!

Really excellent helpful staff...
Really excellent helpful staff in your Monmouth branch who went the extra mile to arrange for an item not in stock to be delivered to us. It arrived in little more than a day. Your assistant assured us that if there were any problems we could pop in and they'd be sorted. Her customer service skills were fantastic!

I went into the Monmouth store and…
I went into the Monmouth store and bought some merrell walking shoes. The new assistant was very helpful and she even looked after my dog whilst I tried them on.
