Great service
Having had ‘dodgy feet’ for sometime, it was lovely to be helped with the purchase of some walking shoes. Darren was kind and patient and actually ensured the shoes were a good fit!

Experienced staff
Darren was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on buying a pair of Scarpa boots for my sons’ upcoming hike. He was friendly and pleasant with lots of information and explained the refund policy. They fit perfectly and my son was very impressed with me for purchasing these. Thank you Darren!

Went shopping for my gold dofe, Darren was super helpful giving some advice for some equipment. Good pricing and solid selection of items. Great for any outdoor activities or camping, would reccomend.

Great customer service at St Albans
Thank you to Darren at the St Albans shop who has helped me a number of times to find items for the DoE expedition as well as items for my hubby…he has been extremely supportive, knowledgeable and friendly going through all the items explaining pros and cons, nothing seems too much… he really is an asset to Millets… as well as Rob who has also been extremely helpful… because of them I will always go there first when in need of equipment…
