Took a pair of walking trousers back to store as Xmas gift and too long. Very helpful assistant. He ordered another pair online in shorter leg and refunded the difference in price as were in the sale by then. Received new pair on next day delivery and fitted fine. All very efficient and first class service.

After dealing with not-so-helpful Blacks online customer service, I went into Stroud Millets for assistance with a faulty purchase. Superb. The professional, friendly staff sorted my product exchange immediately and had already reserved a replacement for me. Incredibly well stocked and nicely laid out shop, very clean and tidy.
