shoddy quality-avoid
My order took over two weeks to arrive and the quality was so much below what I expected for the price. For a £64 jumper it’s really shoddily made with loose threads and looks really cheap.

AVOID - SCAMMERS!!
Posting on behalf of my mum who ordered from this company.
She ordered 2 jumpers expecting them to be pure wool and make in UK.
A very poorly packed packaged arrived from China with 2 acrylic jumpers of poor quality. She contacted the company who offered 50% refund. She has refused and took the dispute to PayPal who have refused her claim.
I will be contacting trading standards on her behalf about this company. Avoid!!!

No product lists the actual composition of the products other than "100%
Crafted from high-quality materials" without revealing exactly what the material is.
Refunds are only given at 50% or pay £30 return charge. Material is 100% polyester - no natural wool.

Jumpers have arrived and are of poor quality, not at all like the images on the website and made of polyester not wool as advertised
Returns too expensive to China to make worthwhile. Basically feel scammed.
