Absolutely horrendous company but amazing facial products. I ordered one deep melt last month on the 12th August and I haven’t yet received it. Also I have emailed the company about it but I guess they are either ignoring me or haven’t seen my email yet. My order number was 36844

Ordered over a week ago, no sign of the delivery. Emailed to ask for an update and then a full refund but I have been ignored by the company and have had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company to try and retrieve the money. Shocking as I have ordered over a year ago with no issues. The website needs taking down. You shouldn’t be allowed to advertise products that are not available and just take peoples money.

Have not received and it’s been weeks. Happened on a previous order too but assumed there was shipping issues that time…

Order did not arrive, which is quite strange. I ordered on 3rd November a whole month gone and still no sign of my order. I have bought many times from them and never had any delivery issues. However this time no order updates or replies to my email and messages on instragram. I paid via clearplay so got a refund of the two payments I had paid. Have millionaire beauty gone bust? If so they should take their website down and not scam people of their money!

No delivery or communication when order was made on 31st October. Still awaiting items and delivery.

Im still waiting for my delivery… I placed my order on the 31st October and today its 12 th November and no sign of my delivery. I’ve emailed you but as of yet no response.
I’ve ordered before from you and not had an issue so I’m quite surprised as to what has happened regarding my recent order.

Very bad service, I ordered something on the 23rd of October and contacted them by email and Instagram but no one responded and the item hasn’t even been dispatched so they took my money and I never got item.
They don’t even have a contact number.

This up and coming brand is a sure fire winner for healthy, glowing skin. I cannot rate these products enough. The ingredients used are organic and natural so you're not absorbing any nasties. Prices are very reasonable and shipping times are excellent.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago
Still not received, chased it last week and was told she would check if it had been sent and if not would send out.
Still no sign of this order.
Products are good when the actually arrive however are not cheap at all.
A real shame the service is so poor

The products itself is amazing. I have been using millionaire beauty for nearly 5years and can’t complain about it.

Excellent products, cant live without the deep melt..

Amazing customer service from the team. I have been purchasing from them for years and have never been disappointed by their products and service. Will definitely keeping purchasing their amazing products my fav product without a doubt is melting magic (deep melt) as it makes my skin feel fantastic after. I have used this product for many years and can’t fault it. It’s helped with my pigmentation and acne.

i haven't received my purchase for 14 days i have emailed them and Dmd them with no response

I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still haven't received it. I was told
the delay is due to a holiday and staff unavailability, which is quite unexpected. If you cannot handle orders during such times, it would be better to notify customers or close the website for purchases.

I normally dont bother writing reviews but this one was worth my time, millionaires products are fantastic! I've been using them for years now and it has been an absolute game changer for my skin, texture, fine lines pigmentation hardly visible now! The only products I've used where I have noticed differences!

I have been buying their products for a while. I have tried many brands but this is the best of them all. Affordable and amazing
