False advertising
They promise the following:

"It's Not Perfect Until You Tell Us It's Perfect.
We get it. Buying a luxury dress online might seem a little crazy.
That's why we give so much love, care, and personal attention to each dress we make. We'll never send you a dress we're not proud of, and if you're still unsatisfied, we'll be there to make it right - for life."

This is such a load of absolute rubbish , when you try and explain you are dissatisfied with the product they basically tell you to get lost! I will never use then again-absolute robbers

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Website is well designed to give an illusion of legitimacy, but all unravels once your order arrives. Your item won’t look like what you ordered it will be a cheap Chinese knockoff, it probably won’t fit as their sizes are all over the place. Contacting them for a refund is near impossible, their chat function is a 3rd party application that just results in a random email notification, they’re not on WhatsApp or messenger and when you finally get an email they refuse to provide you with a return processing form as stated in the t&cs. STAY AWAY I’ve raised a dispute with Mastercard and provided them all the evidence so there’s a glimmer of hope that £100 isn’t lost. Chinese ripoff merchants.

Would love to give ZERO stars. Ordered “as pictured” because my daughter wanted midnight blue and that's how it looked in the picture. Dress is in fact black. Contacted Milly Bridal, which is nearly impossible to do since their chat and WhatsApp functions do not work. There is no phone number. Emailed them for a resolution. We had emailed them prior because the order status indicated “shipping” for a very long time and was never updated with a tracking number. There has never been a return communication from their customer service department. The dress is not as expected. It is a standard size. NOT custom. I had to purchase another dress to replace this one and I would like a refund. Opened a dispute with PayPal, since the company would not respond directly. I was willing to return the dress and pay return shipping. Milly said no. They would not refund the money. According to them, they made what we bought. PayPal decided in their favor since I had not returned the dress. Their return policy is a farce. Their customer service is a joke. Buyer beware. This is a Chinese company with very low standards.

Do not use this company. I bought a dress off their site believing it to be in the UK. First it was in China. Then when tried to contact the company for issues was told to use the chat feature and communication was almost absent. Also, they use "whats app" for communication which screams SCAM. They sent me the wrong dress (ordered a wedding dress and received a purple prom dress). ORdered in Feb and paid for expidited shipping and received in April. Thank goodness I have a back up. Paid with credit card and disputed the charge due to not receiving dress and no communication so was fraudulent and received money back. Pay Pal was no help.

Worst company ever! Do not buy. There is NO refund option. I bought two bridesmaid dresses to see which I would like. I didn’t like either and they won’t refund the dresses. They are not tailored just standard size. Such a joke if a company

This company is a scam, do not order!!!
I’ve ordered 2 dresses, not customised but standard size . Ordered and pays £18 for delivery 5/8 days.
The dresses came after a month ,
They asked me to accept the parcel which was also damaged and they would soon sort my return , but after that they just kept answering to my emails saying “have you received are you happy”???I want to return without opening the parcel but now they said “sorry no return as the dresses were shipped on time and were tailored”(which is not true) .

Horrible company very dishonest….

DO NOT USE. The garments are poor quality. The website leads you to believe this is a British Company - their customer services person is called "Linda" - fake! All made out of HongKong. Take an age to come, and WILL NOT REFUND. I purchase 2 dresses for my daughter's Prom - they arrived 3 weeks too late, and this company will NOT accept them back - and are not governed under UK consumer rights. I have £275 worth of dresses still sat in their packaging. I messaged the company to tell them not to send them to me and to cancel the order - because the Prom had been and gone. They still sent them, but now will not take them back. BEWARE!

THE WORST COMPANY!!!!! Dress was nothing as described and contacted straight away to return and they ignored all messages and contact! AVOID!!!!

Prom dress arrived 6 weeks late, looks nothing like the picture. Awful cheap hard plastic tulle everywhere even on the bodice and nothing like the picture.
Also 2 weeks after prom!

Please don't risk them my dress was terrible stitching was awful and didn't do measurements and if you think your covered by paypal your not they don't cover these items

Beware don't buy dresses are terrible stained and falling apart I opened a PayPal case and they sided with this seller even thou the seller actual sent a pik of the dress before they sent it and could see the stain probably because they make more money from these sellers than small buyers like me wish I'd payed by card least bank would have recouped it stay away they don't care for the buyers real cheap dresses

I have been looking for a specific style of shoe for my wedding (due to medical issues with my feet), and have been really struggling to find the shoe I need so when I saw that Millybridal had a shoe that pretty much ticked all the boxes I placed an order, the website seemed okay and the picture of the shoes looked fairly nice.

When the shoes arrived, they looked cheap and box arrived squished. They also didn't fit at all, and if I were to wear them all day they would definitely cut into my skin.

I reached out to Millybridal to request a return, explaining the shoes didn't fit as expected and they have been nothing but obstructive since.They first replied to my email stating I couldn't return a dress - which is fine... expect I wasn't wanting to return a dress.

They told me that they state on the website that shoes cannot be returned. Nowhere on the item listing, nor on the email I received confirming my order did it state that these shoes cannot be returned and when I checked the general returns policy on their website it doesn't not state that either. They only place it states that items that don't fit can't be returned is items made to order.

They've also told me to take my item to a tailor, at my own cost, to rectify the issue - however I fail to see how I can have shoes resized?

I do not believe that they have been entirely clear, and nowhere on their policy does it specifically state items such as shoes cannot be returned or refunded.

I have raised this with paypal so still hoping to get my money back.

I would absolutely avoid this company - they are a total sham, and con!

Millybridal I have contacted them 40 times with evidence about late arrival of garment, poor quality garment - prom dress sent in a Jiffy bag? I have evidence that size 14 dress ordered when I measured item it was six 10. Length should be 60 inches was 74 inches. I have transferred my case to visa legal trading standards scotland and financial
Ombudsman. Company and PayPal have ignored dealing with my evidence. I will never use this company or PayPal ever again.

Millybridal please refund money in full I have sent you 40 emails and photographs. I have referred this case onto other organisations. I have sent you all the evidence. All I ask is to refund the money £128.98. Thank you. I send you the evidence every day? Please respond. Thank you

Very poor quality dress and nothing like the colour shown on the website.
They will not entertain a refund for a return no matter how much evidence I send.
Awful experience, do not touch!!!

The prom dress my daughter received is a real disappointment, to say the least. There are several issues, immediately noticeable when we opened the basic packaging e.g. holes in the lace, black pen marks/smudges on the white fabric, bad nicks in the material, irregular stitching on one side on the front that stands out. Basically, the workmanship is appalling. The sizing of the dress was fine.
I contacted the company describing these points and attached photos showing each one. In their response, they didn't address any of these issues. They sent two photos of the dress before dispatch, saying it had been checked. They wrote 'If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will Not accept your returned item.'
I replied, asking them to address the defects I'd mentioned in the previous email and that it wasn't related to sizing. They responded 'Sorry we can't accept full refund,we have shown photos to prove that,please understand, Regards.' That was the entirety of the email.
So it appears they ignore any concerns from unsatisfied customers and wash their hands of any problems once payment has been made.
From my experience with this company, I wouldn't advise anyone to part with their money unless they're willing to take a big gamble. Some people seem happy but there's a significant number of unhappy customers. If I could attached the photos of the dress, I would.
This is an honest, accurate review and everything stated is fact, regardless of how the company chooses to respond. Their very customer friendly, caring responses to these reviews are not genuine, in my opinion. They, in no way reflect the actual service customers receive after purchase. AVOID!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. All they do is copy images from other sites of the true designer dress and then send you a cheap version. Avoid at all cost!!

So although I haven't ordered anything from this site I just wanted to make people aware of the positive comments for this site. They seem to be fake, If you look at the amount of reviews that have been posted by them. for example 8 reviews for 1 person. They have made positive reviews for numerous sites the same day. Be careful people!

I got this dress thinking i'd have to return it because it'd look cheap but it actually doesn't, it literally looks just like the picture and it fit quite nicely. i did have a lottttttt of sequins fall off though but it wasn't noticeable on the actual dress, just on the floor lol. definitely do recommend buying this dress though!

This dress is amazing! It fit exactly as I needed it to and I'd the perfect length! The chiffon skirt is just a little lighter than the blouse but it still looks beautiful. I love it! The blouse has a zipper in the back that isn't very noticeable and the skirt has a short zipper and snap closure that holds it up. It accentuates my figure nicely and I'm very excited to wear it!
