Love this company. The website is extremely easy to navigate and they do some fantastic offers. I have purchased many wigs in the past couple of years both synthetic and human hair from Jon renau, Belle tress, esetica and Raquel welsh and all are fabulous. They are speedy to reply to any queries. Packaging of the wigs is super cute. I already have another in my basket ready to checkout!

So glad I found Mimo to purchase my wigs. The website is easy to use and if you have any additional queries they are swift to reply with a fantastic customer service . The wigs both synthetic & human hair I have received from them are all high quality beautifully packaged and they have a loyalty program that gives you discounts. The selection is huge and caters for all budgets.

Wish I could give this company 10 stars. Ordered two beautiful JR wigs. From placing the orders to delivery I was emailed with updates and the service was so fast. The lovely touch of how the boxes were wrapped really was a beautiful and personal touch and very helpful. Thank you from a newbie new hair wearer, your website and videos really take the stress out of it.

I purchased my first wig from mimo wigs in april 21 it wasnt a cheap wig it was from gisela mayer £600.The wig arrived fairly quickly considering it came from abroad and was packaged beautifully.Let me say ive had numerous let downs with wigs where they have come on a plastic bag and gone straight in the bin.This wig was not one of them lovely wig supposed to be human hair hd lace i dont know ime no expert.But nothing else inside the box no thank you or any instructions how to care for it.I emailed several times about this but got no reply their customer service is non existant.On 29th july again this year 2021 i decided to purchase another wig not so expensive this time so placed my order.The next day i decided against my choice and emailed to cancel my order but they still despatched my order on the 2nd august and it is due to arrive today 3rd august.I will not be taking delivery of this item as it was cancelled ive been in touch but had no correspondance from them at all.They have a no returns polocy unless faulty so i know if i accept it they will not let me return it .I want a full refund for the money ive paid.So no my experience with mimo has not been good very unproffesional.

Great Experience. I found MiMo Wigs in the darkest of times- desperate to find fashionable, current alternative hair. They did not disappoint, great wig brands, great service and reasonably priced. MiMo have amazing offers but offer amazing support which is priceless. Thank you.

MiMo is my favourite wig company! Michelle knows so much about wigs and is incredibly kind. She has given me great advice on which style/colour to choose. I’ll be forever thankful to her. Also great discounts and fast delivery.

I have worn wigs for years and used so many companies, but this is so brilliant, there are always amazing discounts, the wigs are packaged beautifully and Customer services are always is happy to answer any of my queries. The selection of wig companies are so much better than any I have found to date. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve got to say I’m not sure how these reviews are here , I’ve been trying for over a week to contact them 9 emails unanswered there phone just rings out I’ve tried every day to call them I’ve left Instagram messages I’ve left messages on there YouTube channel nothing they took my money but no confirmation on when I get it delivery date or order number, there is no way to get in touch with them I’ve now put a complaint in to barcleys to get my money back some off these reviews must be fake as I’ve had nothing but stress trying to get in touch with them

I ordered a Jon Renau topper that would hae taken too long for the wedding i needed it for Michelle the owner went out of her way to get me another topper in time she was very generous, I have since ordered another topper that was beautiful and delivered really fast and now I am expecting my new wig to turn up, Michelle is not only beautiful on the outside but in the inside too, go watch all her videos online, thank you for such excellent service

This is the only wig shop I will use now. After 17 years of having alopecia and plenty of bad wig shopping experiences, in persona and online, I am so relieved to have found Mimo Wigs.
Michelle is an expert in the wigs she stocks and has taught me so much about different cap constructions etc which I have struggled with previously.
More than that, having alopecia herself she just 'gets it' and understands why getting a wig that makes me feel like me is so important. You will not find a more supportive and knowledgeable wig stockist.

Ive tried ringing the monile number for mimowigs and have emailed them but both mobile no one is picking up and no reply to my emails either ☹️😞

I purchased a wig on the 7th January, in which in my error didn't realise that if they don't have the item in stock it would take 10 days to arrive and if it would be any longer you would be notified. Fair enough I accepted that. However after ten days plus, no email. No notifications nothing so I politely emailed to chase it up and understood due to the current situation it's not an issue would just like an update. They responded fairly quickly, with it should be with us in a few days.. After week, coming on two weeks no response, no item.i emailed them again at this point and my email was ignored, I emailed them again, and yet again email was ignored. A bit strange how now I am not getting a response when I requested to cancel and refund the item.
I purchased through layby, so I had to contact them and go through a form, in which now they have also contacted the retailer. But still to this date no refund no item and no response to my emails.

I have already placed my 2nd order at Mimowigs and currently planning on my 3rd one....
Both deliveries arrived very fast (I live in Germany) and were packed in fabric or in a nice gift paper.
It's the small details that makes the difference....
I had a little issue the second time and contacted Mimo - she / they solved my problem absolutely professional - I could not wish for more.
She sells all the good brands and she offers discounts for every brand once in a while.
I would give her 6 stars if I could (because of my good experience at the second purchase)

Purchased Miranda by Jon Renau in Flurry ,the colour is gorgeous, a delicate plummy , tonal grey , lovely fibres ,the mono top and lace front are very realistic . My next purchase from Mimo Wigs is imminent, 30% off Belle Tress , theres a lovely 100% hand tied I had my eye on 🤩 with excellent customer service and fast delivery, my next review isn't too far away 😁 , Thankyou all at Mimo xx

The real test of a company is when there's a hitch and Mimo came out on top!
I've bought several wigs from Mimo with no problem but on my last order I was sent the wrong size.
They couldn't have been more helpful, they refunded my costs for returning it and within the week I had received a replacement wig in the correct size.
Excellent communication from Michelle and team as always, Michelle usually replies personally to any queries.
Second to none,

Michelle really is a wonderful person. She set up the business through personal experience of hair loss and she treats customers with love and respect, wanting the best for them. Her website is easy to use and I received an answer to my question on a Sunday and the wig within a couple of days, trackable by DHL. When the box arrived it was packaged truly beautifully. This woman is simply amazing, I have never known anyone with such compassion and care for others, knowing how hair loss feels herself, Michelle goes above and beyond anyone els e I have dealt with, sadly I have had bad luck and been treat not great by other wig places but Michelle has been so caring and understanding and helpful and only wants the best for you and to help your confidence knowing how it feels herself.
I’m never going anywhere else again x
