RMA is a joke

My mainboard was broken and I had sent it back for exchange, but I got the answer that there was no more in stock and I would get a credit so far ok. when I was looking for a new one on the site I saw that my mainboard was still in stock but it was a lot more expensive I wrote an email asking if that was intentional but I didn't get a reply so I assume it is that was wanted

Never again

Never again.
Same for me: bought a GPU that got too hot and not even the stock benchmark scores.
After 2 RMAs within the 2 weeks and a 1,5 months ago I was waiting for about 2-3 months of a year for an actually good GPU.

2 times I got the same faulty GPU back and am now very sad I gave them more of my money to buy another GPU as I was expecting actual service until now.

Never ever buy anything here again if the 10-20-30 bucks are not worth your time and nerves is my suggestion!

Excrement-like

Excrement-like, faulty GPU and horrendous RMA, first returned to me the same faulty GPU as problem-free and then when I sent it for the 2nd time they replaced it with a much cheaper GPU without even asking me if I agreed.
German authorities should look into business practices of this company

Recommended and will use again

Fast dispatch. Items as described and a competitive price.
My only concern was the items were showing as being dispatched on their site and wasn't updating.

However, I received the items without the status on their site updating and when I contacted customer service via email to query prior to this, they responded within 10 minutes. (normal business hours)
You can't ask for better than that.

Would recommend and will be using them again for sure.

Returns are too slow, Service Level Gold is a scam, Reviews are censored

First of all, the whole premise of "Service Level Gold" is laughable. For €4,90 you can buy "Service Level Gold", which is essentially the exact same service they are forced to provide by German Law anyways (Gewährleistung).
Next, when you want to return something, they first try to bribe you with a €5 discount to do a return to manufacturer instead, even though they are legally required to offer a return to vendor.

Then, when you do a return it is just an excruciatingly slow process. I got broken RAM from Mindfactory, so i returned them. 3 business days for them to arrive at Mindfactory, another 2 business days for Mindfactory to "check" the return (why does that take so long?) and then another 3 business days to actually receive the parts.
And then, to top it all off, one of the two new RAM modules I got was broken again. I asked if this time they could send me the replacement parts in advance, so I can at least work with the one functioning RAM module and my PC won't be out of commission for another week. Mindfactory declined. The joke about it is that the manufacturer actually does offer sending replacement parts in advance, so I'm better off just talking to the manufacturer than to Mindfactory... (wasn't this exactly what "Service Level Gold" is designed to prevent?)

Edit: I originally gave them 2 stars, but now they just deleted my product review where I warned that the RAM appear to be plagued by defective modules (since I had received 3 defective modules out of 4). The phony excuse for the review deletion was that I couldn't have tested the product if it was defective. Great, right? You can't report that a product is plagued with faults because it's too faulty to make an opinion about. Plus, it's not even true because I was able to work with the 1 functioning module while I'm waiting for a Corsair's RMA procedure. You just lost one more star for censoring negative reviews, Mindfactory.

quick help where it is needed

Just recently I bourght a brand new 7900XTX from Mindfactory and this is where my tale begins. The order itself was send very quickly and arrived in just a few days, sometime around christmas. I went on vacation that week and hadn't had time to put it into my system so afterwarts I was suprised to see that the backplate was severly bend (seems to have been a production issue). So I asked the support, sent it back and within literally a day they sent me a new card. So far so good. The new card arrived, I plugged it in ... and it blew up ... unlucky. Sent the card back and again, basically as soon as they got the card, they (in this case) gave me the money back so that I was able to order a diffrent brand. Thank you guys so much, after that shock the quick help really was a relief.

Would give 6 stars if I could.

I've ordered multiple times in the past with Mindfactory, as the prices are usually cheaper than at other online retailers. My order was always quickly dealt with and shipped the same day. They offer many payment options.

Their website is well-ordered and has many filtering options. To me, it is literally one of the easiest places to find a specific PC component.

My recent experience was the cherry on top: I ordered after their Christmas deadline, they told me to not expect the package by Christmas. They still managed to ship on the morning of the 24th.

However, I wanted to return the order because I ordered a wrong part. Returning the order was dead easy. Clicking a *single* button on their website to print my package label and my money was returned to my PayPal two days later without having to contact any customer service at all.

If I could suggest one improvement, I'd allow users to stay logged in for longer than until the end of the day.

Order somewhere else if you value your time!

Never again. I ordered and paid over a week ago and it is still not shipped. The telephone hotline only has a prerecorded message that asks you to write them an email. The Whatsapp number is offline. everything looks to be just a show for people who don't know better to give the illusion that this is a serious website before they get their money.
They may be 2% cheaper than other places but the experience is not worth it imo.

Article no longer available RME

My motherboard was defective so I wanted it replaced. However, the price of the mainboard has risen over time and Mindfactory said they no longer had any in stock, although the product was still in stock and sold on their own website. I was then given credit for the original prize. It's a shame that products can only be exchanged if the price remains the same.

Customer service is a dream

I have recently contacted Mindfactory with many questions with regards to having them build a new PC for me. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. Before calling, I had a vague idea of what I wanted based off suggestions from friends. The employee went through all of my shopping cart items with me and talked over the pros and cons of each item and discussed possible compatibility issues and suitability for my usecase. In the end, I felt very confident with my purchases and am looking forward to receiving the built computer soon. I wish all customer service could be this good! I will be sure to update this review if needbe once I receive the computer, but at this point in time, it is well worth the 5-star review.

Sometimes usable

Some competitive prices occasionally.

full of products that arent covered by warranty and shouldnt be sold as new and in naother fashion.

to give examples WD Blue HDD's that were replaced and lost their warranty already.

GPU's that dont have warranty outside of NA

you send in defective devices they state everything is fine and external support (Nvidia) finds the behaviour very much defective

I've had nothing but good experiences…

I've had nothing but good experiences so far. I bought almost all of my pc components for my pc build from Mindfactory and the delivery was very fast on all of them. Unfortunately my cpu arrived with a bent pin but it got replaced immediately after sending it in and sending back my pc case was a very quick process as well.

I have to keep the item I bought even…

I have to keep the item I bought even tho I wanted to refund it to buy a different item. They sended me the parts in 2 deliveries (the second one came a week later) because 2 of the 8 items I bought weren't in stock. 1100 euros gone for a graphic card I'm not happy with and I have to live with this setup now because I was 1 day over the 14 days refund policy. No goodwill towards customers by this company.

My Account got blocked once I returned…

My Account got blocked once I returned an item. I thought that mindfactory was a good and serious onlineshop but I noticed that many people have had this problem. So if you buy something at mindfactory, be sure you dont want to send it back, otherwise your account will be blocked aswell. I will definitely never recommend mindfactory to anyone again. Just buy somwhere else, the customer support will be 100% better than at mindfactory.
