Glad I came across these audios
I have been using the Overcome shyness & be confident audio for a few months now and I can definitely see an improvement in my social skills aswell as confidence around people. I always have a great night sleep listening to the audio as it helps me fall asleep quicker which is great for my insomnia.

Is effective and good voice
This is one of the only hypnosis that doesn't sound and feel creepy to me. Purchasing makes it easier to find and access what I'm looking for. We do positive affirmations as a family sometimes.

I really love all the different styles
I really love all the different styles, they were exactly looking for. For me the package I bought the full pkg) had every kind of music I like to listen to when going to sleep and I really wanted some subliminal messaging and there is many covering different issues. I'm very eclectic with my music so I find this enjoyable because I can change it up. I can think of a few ideas for more subliminal and/or the hypnosis too which I think would be useful to others and myself.
The only thing I don't like about my package was I have not been able to download all the files because I'm not very PC savvy, phones yes, PC no and it takes a long time for them to download. So I wish some way to download that would be easy. I was just assuming they were going to be links I could click on I did not know I would have to download files. That's the only thing I can think of that I don't like. I'm sure it's much easier for other people on PCs the way it is.
I would say my score is more a 4 1/2 ⭐
I'd love to give a five I really would but I'm being honest.
For anyone out there that does not have problems downloading things on PCS this is a 5⭐

I'm so pleased to hear you like the MP3's. Yes it can take a while to download the MP3's, particularly the 9/10 hour ones, this is because of the large file sizes. I have recently had the server updated to use multiple AWS servers - this is the same server that Netflix uses, now the speed of downloading should be faster. Please take a look when you have time :) If there is anything I can do to help you with downloading, or if you need any advice about downloading on PC/laptop please send me an email, I'm always here to help you in anyway I can.
Also, some good news for you, there is a lot more content on it's way over the next few months, I really hope you like it :)

I use these motivation subliminal…
I use these motivation subliminal tracks all the time when I want to shut out outside noise at work and focus. I do feel like they leave an impact on my mind.

Simply the Best
After suffering with severe insomnia, I sort of stumbled onto hypnosis videos. The first I tried was Minds in Unison and I would go out like a light. Thinking I'd found paradise I eagerly tried a lot of different sources and none of them worked for me. I'm pretty sure they were fine, but this is what works for me. 8 months later and it's still working for me!

Very calming
Very calming , I'm a very anxious person listening to these seem to calm my mind so much highly recommend ! Plus not only for me my senior terrier dog who is struggling with dementia paceing up and down constantly will actually lie next to me n rest propley!!
