I'm very pleased with my items, both of which are gifts. The personalized ice cream shovel is bound to get a laugh. The cup isn't personalized, but the writing describes the recipient perfectly.

I bought the personalised ice cream for a friend who has been unwell and is a lover of ice cream. Saw them advertised on Face Book and although I am very reluctant to buy from such sites but thought I’d take a chance. So glad I did. By mistake I ordered 2 realised what I’d done contacted Dede and the problem was sorted immediately. Excellent customer service! The item arrived and it is gorgeous, very substantial and beautifully made. I am a very happy customer.

I ordered the shovel for my granddaughters 12th birthday in December.
It was in a lovely box and it was beautiful, very well made and a really good quality.

Bought this for my husbands birthday. He LOVES it. Had to buy him a tub of ice cream to test it out on the day it arrived and it helped him eat 3/4 of it in one go🤣🤣. The engraving is really clear and it comes in a lovely box. Would thoroughly recommend, well worth the money.

I ordered two of the personalized "dessert shovel" spoons. Immediately after I place the order I realize that I misspelled the name that I wanted on one of the spoons.
I immediately sent a message and received a reply within hours that my order would be corrected as requested.
I received the spoons and they look incredible! While I am not giving them to the recipient until Christmas, which is a few months away, I know that they are going to love them.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company or the product that I purchased. Would highly recommend them to others out there. And yes, this is a legitimate review… I'm not on the payroll… Lol.

I just received 15 “Ice Cream” shovels. They are for the children in our neighborhood. I make homemade ice cream in larger quantities and for the last 3 years I’ve given it out to the entire neighborhood. These 15 shovels will be given to the children that eat my ice cream. They will be given out at Christmas as I make several flavors for Christmas.
The shovels are high quality and the production and shipping was quick. I’ll definitely buy more down the road. Great company to work with.
