Steer clear of this company!
I made an order with this company which was sent via DPD courier service on 14 February 2023. DPD never delivered it though sending me an email informing me that they had 'missed me' and that I would have to collect the order from another address! I was at home when they 'missed me' so I rang customer services who confirmed that the courier driver did not come to my home address as the photograph the courier driver had taken was not of my home street, yet despite this information Mineralmakeupingredients insisted that DPD had indeed come to my address and left a calling card and even uploaded DPD's attempt at delivering the items yet on this was written Dunstable whilst I actually live in another town within the same county so this piece of information was false. Since the payment had been made via paypal I raised a dispute with paypal as the company were dragging their feet, and they - paypal - closed the case in my favour and transferred back to me what I had paid. All the while, this company insisted that they were right all along and that DPD had been to my home. I definitely advise you to steer clear of Mineralmakeupingredients unless you want to deal with a dishonest company, and a dishonest courier service. I wrote a poor review also for DPD and whilst someone from DPD responded stating that they would forward my message to management I have yet to hear from DPD management!
