Really bad !!! They do nothing about those hackers in the game etc, dont pay for in game stuf.. its just wasted money

This game is a joke! I've been playing for years and it just keeps getting worse. Pool cue freezes up where you can't move it so your opponent can win, internet connection slow on your last ball so your opponent can win and the list goes on and on. This game will cheat you every single which way it can. Not only should the game be shut down, the creators and operators should be jailed for scamming people out of money.

I'm frustrated at all these idiot hackers. I've been enjoying 8 ball pool for years. You build up a coin balance and try playing a fair game, but the hackers spoil it. I'm going to delete my account and start playing something else from another vendor, untill this hacker issue is sorted.

Worst customer service I have ever come across. I have paid for two elite subscriptions now, a few months apart, and not received what I paid for. Sent an email explaining this, and told there is nothing they can do. Absolute joke!!! Word of advice, DO NOT pay for an elite table subscription, they just take your money then don't activate it, and cant give you a refund either!! The bot side of things, yeah, what an awful company, pure money grabbing twa@@!! On level 230+ playing a guest user on exactly the same level, with almost identical stats!!! What doyle would play a game for so long and not register? The only people that would probably do that are the degenerates that work in the customer service department

impossible to play without being stopped by cheat botts which appear to be controlled by miniclip. I didn't think companies were allowed to operate with cosa nostra techniques but clearly they are.

8 Ball Pool, specifically MIAMI 9 Ball but probably everywhere, infested with @$$hole "CHETO" BOTS.

I made it to a level I was very proud of. It took years(casually). I made to where I was playing for 2.5 mil and 10 mil. Successfully. A longing way to go. But finally workable territory. So what happens?
An abomination of cheat by way of what appears at first to be cocky players, without thought, quick rip shots taking off perpendicular to their CUES aim. Hitting 4 walls to the point where you think it'll never succeed, touches the Ball required and taps it in the whole. Next shot: same result.
Next shat: same result.
Me: WThuhF IS GOING ON?
Ok, lost 2.5 mil. Freak player.
Again.
Again.
Again.
Again.

From 100+ Million with no games like this ever, until now. Fu《k 8 Ball pool.
Absolute garbage game and company.

What an absolute joke this company. There are so many cheats on this game and nothing gets done about it. Reporting them is a waste of time. Playing anything from 5m upwards nearly every second so called player is a cheat, and make it harder for the decent players to increase the coin value. I've been playing for years but now think I will cancel the app as its a waste of time. Hope others experiencing the same thing do the same.

The game has some algoritms that make you lose when you win to much. It's very obvious: balls that suddenlu accelerate, unpossible balls for the adversary. The only aim is to make you buy points. The owners most be millionaires by now.

This company don't give a monkey about game issues, support us non existent, get an auto reply saying "all possible advice has been given and the request has been closed" absolutely a joke, considering how much money they make
U play 8 ball pool and none of the issues I experience are addressed in the slightest

I gave this game my review as 1 star and said the rules are shocking so now when I want to play for high stakes I get knocked down unless the other player is highly rated. What a joke miniclip

A joke game nothing like real pool. Balls potted bouncing back in play, constant snookers with balls rolling impossible distances. It's a joke and better games of pool out there than this crap

Great game BUT When you complain about something that happens THAT THEY ARE MORE THAN LIKELY ALREADY AWARE OF SINCE THEY ARE INTENTIONAL ALGORITHM ISSUES THEY PROGRAM they are not concerned with your loss. Just interested in having proof so they AND I QUOTE “fix the issue”. After spending $4000 in 8 years of playing their game they could have just reimbursed me for the mere $15 I was robbed of but they chose not to. Who records games to be able to have the proof especially something that’s glitch and happens so rarely? No one. And they know this that is why they request it. I will still Play the game NEVER EVER spend ONE DOLLAR with this app.

Ive playing 8 ball pool for sometime now and ive notice there guys supposedly lower in rankings they are playing above their ranking .it seem they are hacking genuine players I used to like playing but im going to stop now , and when complained they seem say that I might be the hacker , which I dont understand when im the one complaining.

This game is an absolute SCAM!!!! Cheats on high tables ripping people off of there hard earned coins. To think there’s vunnrable people out there paying to play this game is disgusting! The developers should be doing something about this but do little. Just deleted this game after coming back again to discover it’s still full of cheats. This game is just as bad as the scammers ripping people off all over the world with there cyber crimes. Shame on you!!!!.

Avoid at all costs. They will try to lure you in spending to play but actually they have developed multiple hacking tools for others to rob your money. Even if you are a good player, they will find a way to permenantly ban your account.

Games over 5 million are compromised by the play of heaters. I have encountered an impenetrable bank of cheaters in 8 straight games. I am switching to the lower value games since the winning sensation has been erased by the feeling of helplessness. I have complained many times during the last 6 months. Nothing has been done to remedy this issue. Don't play this game and stop spending money for 4 months.

Miniclip 8 ball pool game rigged and a SCAM , for their support team is a Scam for I've been writing about a bunch of complaints and not one on my complaints answered back to me concerning the problems that I was experiencing with the Miniclip 8 & 9 ball pool game , Now I know that the game is setup and rigged for the game owners profit and advantage so anyone that's sinking money into the game is getting ripped off badly by whoever owns the miniclip 8 ball pool game ...
