Frustrating experience
**EDIT - finally delivered after 3 weeks of frustrating chasing **
Ordered 3 weeks ago, quoted as 2-5 days delivery, had several notifications of 'delivery scheduled' and 'dispatched', but nothing arrived. Each time, I checked directly with the delivery company and they confirmed they know nothing of the order at all, haven't been asked to collect to send to me.
Unable to get through to minifridge at all by phone, have tried countless times, and eventually had a reply by email.
Ordered a product nearly 3 weeks ago…
Ordered a product nearly 3 weeks ago and still nothing. The company cannot be contacted by phone and in email lie about delivery dates. I am starting to think they are a bogus company. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

We made an order 2 days ago, and during the purchase, it said that the delivery was going to be yesterday. We have been trying to contact them, but it seems to be impossible; every time I try to use the contact form (because I don't have an email to write to), I get this error message: "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later". So we have no answers as to when the mini fridge will arrive

1.5 litre mini fridge…
Purchased a blue 1.5 litre mini fridge from 60 stores for £59.99
they were very efficient to deal with.
The fridge arrived three days after I placed order, unfortunately it had a manufacturing fault on the door no fault of the company.
I contacted them and was assigned to Becca and she arranged a replacement immediately I was very impressed how she organised every so I have no hesitation to recommend this company.

Charlotte was quick to respond with an email afterwards confirming all that she said she would do to resolve the problem that had occurred. Quick & professional, great!
Really easy to order, great customer service from Becca when I thought I had entered my email incorrectly. She responded with all the info I could have wanted before I even asked, then helpfully resent my invoice. Very quick responses too. Product is a gift, so hasn’t been used yet, but ordering, delivery and customer service has all be great!
Naomi sorted it, no problem.
The fridge I bought broke down, so I contacted customer services. I spoke to "Naomi" who was absolutely fantastic. There was no messing around. She replied to emails promptly. She organised the collection, got the fridge checked and replaced with no trouble. A brilliant service. Thanks Naomi.

Damaged mini fridge
I bought a mini fridge which was damaged on arrival.
It took some time to find a telephone number to actually speak to someone. Then a while to get someone to answer. After emailing the address I was given, Becca replied very promptly. She dealt with the issue efficiently and replied to all emails quickly.
So although I had an initial problem with the item I purchased, the service I received when I eventually contacted Becca was prompt and efficient.
