Good advice given about checking my shoulder pain and then getting in touch a few days later to see how it was. ( It had spread and was now across the top of my shoulder and into my neck)
You refered me to Speed Medical who got in touch and sorted out a local physio for an assessment.
Everything is going smoothly with further physio appointments booked.

It was a poor signal and difficult for myself and Caitlin to communicate at times but she was brilliant and didn’t get frustrated.

Terrible service! Staff do not take ownership of claims, you get passed around different teams when you finally do get hold of someone! No one responds to emails. They are so poor the other side insurance company has contacted me as they cannot get a response from Minster Law! This is the 2nd review for same claim as 16 months later they are still getting it wrong!
