Very Bad experience with them they didn’t reply you if you want to buy something from them and you want to talk to seller about price and delivery they will block you direct no answer so don’t try to buy from them in case if you need help in future they will not help you useless seller

Customer service is incredibly rude and won't work with their delivery contractors, they also don't understand ACL.
I purchased the Pico4 version of the Sanlaki ELITE VR Gunstock via the suggested mint3d.design website and it was very easy. The customer service was great when I asked questions via the WhatsApp number and they were quick to reply and update me on the delivery. It arrived promptly and was well packaged and base instructions were provided which were alright but didn't give a step by step assembly with just a YouTube link to someone showing the mounting. In the end I was able to work out how to put it together. Its a great gun stock and you can feel the quality of the build its well worth the money. Some practise will be needed to get used to it but yeah. Good stuff thanks.
