I ordered 40 custom Christmas Cards. When they arrived 12 of the cards were of a different family. I have spent 2 days and numerous hours on hold trying to talk to a customer service representative.... See more

Terrible website interface. I spent two and a half days trying to customize 150 seating cards for my daughter's wedding. The 3 projects I created kept getting lost or the edits I made weren't saved. There were so many bugs in the software. I will say the customer service folks were wonderful each time I called. I'm anxiously waiting for the finished product now. I pray the cards look good as we are 3 weeks out from the wedding!!

Sent me improper amount of ribbons I ordered and kept questioning my authenticity and took too long for a refund. It delayed how fast I could send out my invites and would not recommend. Getting a refund was such a hassle and I ended up having two different ribbons used for my invites because they can’t count and refused to send me any more.

The invites came delayed. They didn’t display the currency or that our final invoice was in US dollars. It took them a week to find where in their website we could access this. Invites came all in the incorrect colours (half black half navy) envelopes weren't printed straight. When we reached out requesting a refund we got 25% plus shipping returned. $500 for 40 invites and the quality was awful. Don’t bother.

We had a terrible experience with Minted. We ordered Save the Dates and the photo quality was awful. When we reached out to customer service, we were met with what felt like AI-generated responses that repeated the same information and often contradicted each other. While we did eventually receive a refund, we were also told a corrected version would be sent, it never arrived.
We gave them another chance and ordered sample invitations, which were also lost in the mail, despite our address being correct and confirmed. It’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish. After multiple issues and no real accountability, we will not be using Minted again.

Navigating a website is not my forte and I must have missed a click or saved a older version but I ended up not ordering the addresses on my Thank You envelopes. Customer Service understood and not only gave me a 50% discount to reorder envelopes but they navigated the website for me put in the discount codes and saved me even more money by applying another discount, that they said I was eligible for and I didn't have to pay for express shipping. I was so happy I chatted with them instead of just trying to reorder the envelopes myself.

Total scam with expensive, poorly made products. Stay FAR away!!!! One good experience doesn't negate the thousands that people have had with this company! Go anywhere else honestly.

I ordered Save-the-Dates for my daughter’s wedding. They were very nice when they arrived, but once they were mailed, the color on the paper was worn off. They looked terrible when the guests received them. I contacted customer support and was offered 25% off and shipping refunded. That was an ok gesture. I think they should have offered more of a refund. Overall I’m fairly disappointed.
This was not only a good experience with this particular company but compared to all online returns, this was the best I’ve ever experienced.
This could not have been smoother.

Longtime Minted member. I always appreciated being able to see proofs and to talk with a human being about any changes to layouts, colors, etc. I also really liked the high quality cards and envelopes. I have ordered Christmas cards, graduation announcements, and formal party invitations with no trouble...until 2024. My Christmas card proof was awful. Carefully zoomed/cropped photos were all reset to original size and my wording was now wildly off-center. After going back and forth with them and getting it all reverted to my original layout, I received cards that had print issues (white lines running down each card, the result of a printer error). The company apologized that I wasn't satisfied, but nothing else. Since my membership runs through June, I decided to order my son's graduation announcements, hoping Christmas had been a fluke. I paid for both recipient and return addresses; however, the proof only showed recipient, not return addresses. Of course, the new system for requesting changes or reporting errors is so cumbersome...I finally got a reply, which told me that they confirmed I had requested and paid for return addresses on my order, but they had not added them - and could not add these back in at the proofing stage. "My apologies, you will have to place another order or just move forward with this order if you like everything else. You can order another set of envelopes. We recommend A4 size." No refund for the extra money paid, no offer to even *try* to make the current order right - but they thought it was totally okay to spend another $100 out of pocket for *extra* envelopes to replace the ones they botched - and that I had already paid for! Unbelievable!
I am stuck trying to cancel this order at the proofing stage (still no word on how to do this) and then placing another order and hoping they get it right. I just canceled my auto-renew membership, as well. So sad that their quality control and customer service have gone downhill. And look at their responses here at Trustpilot - all the same autoreply. Meh, Snapfish is cheaper. I'll go there from now on.
UPDATE
The "proofer" just kept telling me to purchase a separate set of envelopes at full price. Worse, once in proofing, if Minted makes a mistake they cannot fix, there is NO WAY for a customer to cancel the order. I had to escalate by writing an email to their help desk...and was then told the same thing - even though they made the mistake, they could not fix it and would not cancel the order. But the rep did offer me a coupon code to take $30 off the cost of purchasing a second set of envelopes (with me paying $70 out of pocket (before shipping) - for envelopes I'd already been charged for in my initial order! Outrageous!).
I wrote back, outlining all of the issues Minted had caused, demanded a refund, and warned that I would send copies of my communications with Minted to my cc company if they tried to put the incorrect order through. I was *finally* refunded. I deducted a star after all of this. The quality I had come to enjoy has waned, their proofing process appears to be straight AI bots, and their customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered name cards with guest names but they arrived blank. Called customer service and Joi was extremely kind and helpful, immediately presented a solution that I was happy with! I should also mention that the quality of the cards and the artwork did surpass my expectations. I’ll probably order other products in the future

Minted has been great. I purchased a painting 4 years ago and it was perfect and it was shipped on time.
I ordered another painted canvas two weeks ago but it had a warped frame. So I called and their customer service representative was very helpful. She guided me through the process of getting a credit for the amount of that painting to purchase another painting which I did today. It went very smoothly and I will be getting my replacement painting next week. They have a wonderful Customer Service Department. I am very pleased with Minted.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have been working with Minted since their inception and they never fail to deliver exceptional products. We have designed tens of custom and semi-custom stationery products with them for my business and clients, and the products are amazing. I would highly recommend for all of your stationery needs, as well as gifting and artwork. Their customer support is also outstanding should you run into an issue, have a change request, or experience a problem with an order. The integrity of Minted and their products is phenomenal.

Overall the product is just not good, there is lacking functionality for gift registry, you can't attach a venmo or even create one. They collect emails but they will not allow you to export and are event not able to provide you a list of these emails.
You can email folks through the platform but responses will go to their support team. This should just be basic functionality or a basic level of customer support if an export is not provided.
I HIGHLY recommend using anyone else. Minted should really invest in a product team that can provide a basic positive experience.

We ordered baby shower invitations and thank you notes and would highly recommend Minted. We found a colorful contemporary design that matched our theme. We were thrilled that we could get the invitation and thank-you card envelope addresses pre-printed. We enjoyed a 20% discount as new customers, plus their price was reasonable. Minted saved our shower when I made a mistake on which envelope addresses to print. Their customer service reps put a rush on reprinting and shipping the correct envelopes. There was almost zero charge to us. They followed up along the way, and afterwards, to confirm that all worked out.

We ordered a large 24 x 30 inch framed canvas piece of artwork. For $500 I don't want to see any pixels, but the image was pixelated where the original brushstrokes came together. The online image just loked like brushstrokes but the actual product was pixelated. Their print process needs to be improved if they are charging these amounts. Or the online zoom-in funtion needs to show more detail so the customer can see it more closely. Such a bummer since I went with them over other competitors to avoid poor print quality.

Used Minted for a wedding website. Had a decent experience with them over holiday cards and I liked that they offered private events for weddings. As you can imagine weddings can be a bit touchy in terms of family politics. Ours even more so since my wedding has one foot in the old world.
On advice of their support, I sent out a test email and instead of just one test user, it went out to EVERYONE. A complete disaster and one that I'm going to end up spending considerable time and effort mitigating.
For prints or greeting cards, sure, why not. For weddings, hell no.

Micaela is the best concierge design assistant there, really has a knack for understanding the options and helping with decisions for invites. Great experience due to working with Micaela. Thanks for being amazing - from your 3:15 last minute meeting couple:)

Offer free but non custom samples that will take over 3 weeks to be delivered. Mine got 'lost' with Fedex and 7 days after I finally had recognition from their team it was lost. They said they would work on a replacement sample and would let me know when they would expect that completed. A sample. One invite with no customization that was ordered roughly a month ago; they cannot provide an ETA for a replacement. I don't have time to wait around for them to get here, unfortunately, and it's still just the SAMPLE.

Horrendous customer service. I have been doing photo cards for more than 20 years, but with these folks, the design tweaks were not clear that you had to specify them (due to a non user-friendly template. .. so that wasted 2 days) and then order. 1 minute after I pressed the proof button, I called about a mistake and they said it was too late and in production. Finally, a supervisor canceled that order, started another, got me expedited shipping (next day), I proofed it immediately, and now they're saying it will take SIX DAYS to get to me. That's not expedited shipping. . . even if it takes 2 days in production!!! Save yourself the premium price and a lot of grief and go with another supplier . . . like Shutterfly or Snapfish. I am STILL waiting for this order!!!!

Received bent wedding invitations. Chatted with customer service, and was assured that they would put through the replacement order and I'd get an email shortly. I have no email, and no indication in my account that the replacement order has been processed.
