The helium was of a very poor quality. We ordered two bottles and one did blow up the balloons but they didnt float. The second bottle was okay

I've looked up your order and I can see that you did not order balloons with us. There are certain balloons that will not float with helium; mainly letters and numbers foil balloons in 25-45 cm range that you typically buy in Tiger and Søstrene Grene - they are not meant for helium. We regularly hear from customers who fill these balloons with helium and get disappointed, I suspect the issue is the same with you?
In general if the foil balloon comes with a straw you cannot fill the balloon with helium.
