I was very content with the treatment I received. I would say from the outset I was intending to chose an option that was cheaper than the one I was confirmed with.

I was looking at a fairly economic choice for £19,90. However I was “guided” towards a pricier option at £90……… I take responsibility in the final choice however I feel more care could have been taken to support me in making a product choice with which I might have been happier.
