Mirafit lives up to it's reputation by providing good quality products.
I've had multiple engagements with Mirafit before my purchases and they provide good advice as well as recommendations.
Mirafit is very reputable and values their customer. Despite an error on my part (over purchased), they kindly assisted in arranging my items to be returned when their return policies state customers are responsible for the logistics when returning items.
The only star missing is indeed my criticism on the return policy especially if you're a new customer. I deeply understand the reason why its set this way, but being a new customer it can create challenges if items cannot be easily returned.
That being said on a positive note, I would like to thank Jordan for making my return possible. I will still buy from Mirafit as their products are of high standard!
