I purchased an item through their website and received an order number, that's it, just an order number!

No item delivered, no response to numerous emails, unable to phone as 'phone lines are down' conveniently .
So far unable to commence a refund through shop pay as the retailer needs to authorise this.
A ridiculous way to run a business, avoid at all costs!

Purchased a set of Area 22 rearsets for my K5 GSXR 1000, the rearsets themselves are great, and whilst this is for a track bike, all of the relevant bracketry is included for brake switch etc.

My initial experience was not great as I did not receive a response to an email, but after contacting them through Messenger, they responded very quickly, and upgraded the postage method to be next day.

I have dealt with Misano Moto Imports a few times now and I have to say the experience has always been great. The help and advice provided has always been correct and Daniel has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. I will definitely buy again from Misano Moto Imports!

Lets start by stating the obvious: the parts I ordered arrived on time, well packaged and of high quality, very sharply styled and well finished - just what I expected and they changed the appearance of my bike (Zed thou') immensely.

I had one problem with one part, not due to Misoni, more a quality control issue with the supplier. The issue was resolved directly by Daniel at Misoni professionally & courteously via a couple of emails and photos to 'prove' the issue I had (non of which represented an unreasonable request) and replacement were dispatched. Within 1 week or so of receiving the original order, the replacement had been received and fitted.

First class, others can learn a lot from this approach !

Top class products, have bought nearly everything I can for my k9 gsxr. Rear sets, fork adjusters, valve stems, screen bolts. Customer service is excellent, dealt with an quierys straight way.
