Customer service was spot on very curtious and prompt. I wasn't able to solve turning off getting an ice pack for non perishable items box of food. They were very prompt to help out with my subscription issue and gave me a refund. Also offered to replace the food that arrived in soggy boxes. I think the issue lies in the packaging not the food. Their customer service is A+, the foods are sometimes ones I wouldn't have tried on my own which gives more variety.

I ordered EGGS. in a box packed with other refrigerated items. Not one single egg was broken, not even the slightest crack! The packaging was phenomenal and careful. I appreciate how Misfits cares about the quality of their food and it shows! Thank you, Misfit Market!

I've been using Misfits Market for more than a year now. Love their selection and I feel like it's better than the grocery store for fresh fruit and vegetables. I also appreciate the cleaner, organic meat and canned goods. I can't buy many of these items at Kroger or Harris Teeter!

Misfit market always replies quickly to any concerns, which has not happened often in the 6 years I've been ordering. And they make it right whether its refunds or credit to my next order.

We have been able to access whole foods and special dietary need foods in a rural community and that is worth every penny .

I appreciate Misfits Market’s mission to help organic farmers sell products that they would otherwise have to throw away. Grocery stores only sell what looks perfect and not items that aren’t perfect so they won’t buy farmers’ misfit items. Misfits Market buys those products and sells them to the public at a reduced rate which I love. The food is always fresh and especially good compared to grocery fruit and veggies that were picked early and traveled far distances. I have always had a great experience with misfit market.

I use this service weekly for my daughter and two granddaughters who live 100 miles away.
The joy and excitement they experience each delivery day makes my heart happy. I truly am grateful knowing that they have quality food for the week. The selection is amazing. The app is user friendly and delivers FedEx. Only one order was unfortunately undelivered because of shipping damage. The order cost was refunded promptly.

I've been using misfits market now for a couple of months and I'm very pleased. I like the selection because there's all types of items that I've never purchased before at the grocery store and they've all been great. One small problem I had they immediately fixed. They have my trust. If you like organic food, this is a great place to sign up for and there's no pressure to buy anything that you don't want

Never received my order after getting text that it had been delivered went to front porch nothing contacted Misfts immediately about 1am my next door neighbor rings my bell i answer he said mis delivered to his building boxes open all meat missing steak chicken ground beef so a 300 dollar ordered reduced to 80 dollar order thanks for the veggies 😑 I forgot so 5day wait for refund or starve the rest of the month for next order date to get groceries??

The experience was great for the adventurous foodie. Prices are similar to neighborhood market. Plus, if you need to cancel (or temporarily suspend) your membership for whatever reason you can do that quite easily, no muss, no fuss.

Misfits Market makes organic foods available for the budget conscious and for concerns about food quality. They have provided excellent service and delivery without error and the one time I felt my broccoli was missing, Misfits Market refunded it immediately. The reason to bring this up is not the refund in itself, but that they have a feedback mechanism in their system to report problems. There is a button on each receipt to report problems. Also, they send an email to check and make sure that they are on top of this. Happy customers come back.

I’ve tried this place four different times now, really hoping the quality would improve, but the produce still isn’t fresh. The peaches, apricots, and other items go bad before they even have a chance to ripen. Fresh organic produce should last for weeks — when it goes bad in just a few days, that usually means it wasn’t fresh to begin with.

To be fair, there are good things. The staff is always very nice, everything is packed well, and they do reimburse you when the food is bad. I appreciate that part. But considering the prices, I expect better quality from the start. I don’t think my expectations are too high — I just want produce that’s actually fresh and worth what I’m paying.

At this point, the value just isn’t matching the cost, and the consistency hasn’t improved even after multiple tries.

I wish I had know about this organic fruit and vegetable service YEARS ago. I live in a rural area and we have no organic food nearby. This is a life saver and the food does NOT look like a misfit!! It’s beautiful! So happy!

I am loving this service! I especially appreciate the sizes/amounts as I’m a single woman and it’s getting harder to shop in the stores. I love the variety of items and the freshness, too!!
