My account was "under review" for one month despite I have verified it through email, when I contacted support to know why does it take so long, I got shoking message @Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to Support! I have reviewed the rules, what could I violate, but did not find anything close to my usual normal account. I am a regular woman, who loves traveling, visited 65 countries. But these people found something to ban me for without any reason.

Lots of fake profiles, scammers as usual, but I bet somehow managed by the website itself.
Reporting those profiles results in no ban/deletion even if I am a paying user.
8 months lost just to get my profile approved.
After 4 months support was not able to enable my loaded pictures (that looks ok on the site, but no users are able to see them...).
Support does not exists at all, they just care about money.
Still a few good experiences in one year, but with so much hassle...I will not repeat..
There are better sites outside there.
