I'm LIVID! Misterb&b has been ROBBING me blind with their sneaky "weere" subscription I NEVER agreed to! EUR 24.99. What a JOKE!
Let me break down this SCAM:
Hidden charges: They bury this "subscription" in the fine print during booking. Shady AF!
Impossible to cancel: Try finding the "unsubscribe" button. It's like a twisted game of hide and seek!
Customer "service": More like customer ABUSE. They had the nerve to blame ME for "missing their emails". Yeah, right!
When I finally got through to someone, their response? "Oops, our bad. We'll refund you... eventually." EVENTUALLY?! It's MY money you've been stealing!
To anyone thinking of using Misterb&b: RUN. Run far away! This company is nothing but a bunch of thieves in rainbow clothing. They don't care about the LGBTQ+ community - they only care about lining their pockets.
I've spent HOURS trying to get my money back. Hours I'll never get back, all because these crooks decided to help themselves to my bank account.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm warning everyone I know about this scam. Misterb&b, you should be ASHAMED. But I guess shame requires a conscience, which you clearly lack.
I'm not just angry, I'm DISGUSTED. Do better or shut down. The queer community deserves so much better than your predatory tactics.
⚠️ TRAVELERS BEWARE: Check your statements religiously if you've ever booked with these con artists. Better yet, just use literally ANY other booking site. Your wallet will thank you!

Ease of booking and straight forward.

I had a problem with one of my choices of where to stay. I contacted MisterB&B, they responded quickly, I told them my problem and then haven’t heard back from them.

It's a great platform. However, I explored the gayborhood in my town and it's not updated, it shows places that don't exist anymore! And it would be great if there were more currency options than euros and us dollars since this is intended to be an international app

I had an amazing experience with my rental experience via Mr B&B and will continue to use the site, primarily for the safety of renting from LGBT owners or LGBT Allies. Kind of a game changer for me. That said, there were some pretty frustrating hiccups in site navigation. The most frustrating of all was when asked to write a review I received an error “Your review contains profanities that cannot be sent. Please edit your message content.” which is fine, but there were no profanities. I mentioned, sex positivity of the host and wonderful faux fur lined bedding… but nothing was profanity. Regardless, it was frustrating not having the tagged words highlighted somehow. The other big frustration came from trying to find the property I rented. I originally found the property (and Mr B&B) via a third party website I had the property link from the third party site, but left it to look around the site in curiosity. I could never get back to the listing without going back to the third party site.
Again, super happy with my rental, best ever in fact, and I’ll continue to use Mr B&B.

I had an amazing time!

Jeff was a wonderful host and his home was warm on a cold and damp night. Beautifully furnished and a bed that was extremely comfortable and warm. He turned on the hot tub for me which on a cold, damp night put me to sleep. I highly recommend staying with Jim.

Everything was better than what I expected!

I have used this service 3 times always successfully without any problems. My stays were great, my hosts were accommodating, and affordable.

Convenient and from my very first experience, it was a very positive.

Criticism: profile setting. I don't understand why choices of primary languages are only limited to major European languages. I find it non-inclusive when my first language isn't one of the options.

I would not consider using MisterB&B if I find more reasonable prices from Airbnb or other looking agents.

I've been getting a lot of very spammy emails since booking through this site.

Prices on the main page should be "all in" price and include Cleaning Fee, Service Fee, and taxes.

I’ve used this site for a couple of time and it was great. Sadly, I was shocked to find out that the website somehow signed me up on a platform called Weeru, which charged money for my account and created an online profile for me using information from MisterBnb... I’ve contacted Mrbnb waiting their reply.
I never signed up for the service and this is absolutely shocking.

The process to make a reservation worked well. I was pleased with the resulting stay.

Overall, the platform is OK. I feel like the fees are higher than Airbnb.

This absurd company has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.

I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.

Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.

Mr B&B feels like a safe, secure way to book accommodation with like minded hosts.

The experience was great, good choice to use misterb&b.
