Unfortunately, the delivery of my order will take 12 weeks (!) longer than indicated when ordering. This is unacceptable given the fact that the lead time for the order was only 1-3 weeks and I was not updated by Mister Design on the delay.

Absolutely satisfied with my design furniture purchased at this shop.

I came back here to re-write my review after the delivery that has happened today. My full assessment is that they have a great assortment, however they need to get better in the planning of the delivery.
I had a couple of calls with Mister Design trying to book a date that would work better for me, where I felt they were being quite inflexible with the delivery dates even if I didn't had urgency in the date. Basically they would give me specific dates in a 1 week time and if I could not be free in that specific dates of their choice, they would only call me on the next week with new dates. Their explanation that they are too busy was also hard to understand when you are buying a furniture that costs 1.600 euros.
On the delivery date, the 2 guys that came to our house to deliver the furniture were very nice and careful with the delivery, which was the reason why I decided to come back here and change my review to 3 stars.
I hope Mister Design invest in a better planning service that is in line with the premium furniture they sell.

Everything perfect! The sofa was delivered exactly on time by a professional team. They even were so kind to remove the old furniture from the living to a spare room! In advance there was good communication about the delivery, even the tricky situation to get it onto the desired spot on the first floor. The product was exactly as ordered and without damage.

Ordered two hanging lights and received same day delivery service. The lights are amazing too!

My product was well received, however the actual description online could have been better, as the dimensions were not clear online. You have to click so many tabs to get a full understanding of the product you are ordering. It has happened to me that I have ordered a product which was available online, and then I received a message that it was out of stock and needed 3 months to be be delivered!!

It’s the second time in two deliveries that I received either the wrong product or an incomplete product. First I ordered a black paperback and I received a white one when delivered. Then I ordered a Dixon light shade and with that I didn’t get the required hardware to hang it.. I needed to call to get the rest sent to me. While I am satisfied with the selection of products and the ease of use of the website the delivery process is in need of review. Also when you state on the website times of delivery or something is in stock it should ship as soon as possible and not when it is convenient for the deliveries...

Totally unacceptable “service”
It has been 12 weeks in stead of the agreed 2 weeks and still no delivery of the goods, however they don’t contact you to keep you updated, you have to contact them.......
Excuses would-be be in order, but when contacted, you will be given an ”optional” delivery date. If you are not available doesn’t work, it apparantly means another delay of 2 weeks.
This is the first and also very much the last time I will buy from company.
