I love, love, love my full body light panels. I overreacted when everything wasn’t delivered together. The service department was right on it. Everything was delivered the same day just not at the same time. I appreciate how helpful the service department was.

Love it so far…
The light arrived quickly and seems to work well. It is sturdy and the enclosed information is very complete.
I’ve only used it once so far but felt a general sense of wellbeing —kind of a calm energy—afterwards.
The AP worked okay with my IPhone but not with my husband’s android device. AP is important because controls are on the back of the device (of course).

I called several days ago as I am unable to log into the app. I have even called Apple. I have deleted the app four times. I have changed my password six times and I am not having any luck logging into the app and using it through my phone. I am still waiting for a phone call back to as far as my Mito red light. Good Customer Service. Would Shop Again
Originally there was a mix-up of some sort and my order had not been sent even though the charge had shown up on my credit card. About 3 and a half weeks had gone by when I realized I hadn’t received the product. However, as soon as I sent an email to Mito Red Light, they responded immediately, investigated the issue and apologized, and they rushed my order to me! For this reason, I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. I also think their product is a well made item.
