I rang with a basic query and spoke to…

I rang with a basic query and spoke to a very friendly man who helped me in no time at all.
I needed to input some detail on to the system before I could go any further but received a written instruction by e-mail very quickly. I completed my task easily with no hassle at all and received a new help guide to help me in the future

Every time I have called Mitrefinch for support with a customer's TMS system, the team have been very helpful and the support service they provide has been great!

Quick and Detailed response. Much Appreciated!

We have always found Mitrefinch support to be very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. And the support portal is extremely useful when keeping track of open and closed tickets. Fully recommend this system.

Prompt Service

I had a question today about how to find out which users were consuming a license on our system. The phone system is very efficient, and keeps you updated on your queue position. David answered my query within 60 seconds of taking the call - one very happy user here, able to carry on with my day!

Excellent

Excellent - we have been with mitrefinch for several years and as both a user of the system and administrator, both the clock terminals and TMS, things only keep getting better. Products are great, any time we have a consultant come help us they are always knowledgeable and get the job done well, support is ever reliable, and our account manager has always looked after us.

I'd recommend Mitrefinch

I've been working for a company where Mitrefinch software is being used. From the IT perspective, I'm happy with their Support as well as enginers that servicing our hardware have very good knowledge of their system and solve hardware issues smoothly. I only use their Time Management System mobile app and like it. I cannot say anything about the HR part as well as Payroll as I don't use them.
